I would give it a zero... I purchased one for my sister and one for myself we both have bad back and knees these will not stick on whatsoever it doesn't matter if you take a shower, completely clean or dry any area, it they will not stick. I would not buy it again nor would I tell anybody to buy it.

I am not a person who sweats much (so I am not speaking to its water resistance).Using the taping strategy for the foot condition I have, there are 6 possible ends where the tape can come loose. It came loose on the outer edge of my foot, but not the inner, on the back on my achilles tendon (where it was never quite seated correctly and may have been over stretched), and a bit on the calf. The part under my foot (which does not rub much on fabric) stayed on securely as did much of the rest of the tape. It's still doing its job on the bottom of my foot, but the part on my leg needs retaping.As a side note, I got a roll version of this same brand and it stayed on PERFECTLY. So it might, indeed, be the fact that the tape on this foot didn't go on quite as well as it should have.The taping really seems to have helped my pain levels in my feet. I did not have an allergic reaction to the adhesive (and I have adhesive allergies). All in all, this is a decent product at a good price, though I might go with the roll version (same brand) rather than the precut since it seems to wear slightly better.

Work pretty well, but the adhesive is starting to tear up my knee. Lots of irritation and itching. My MCL does feel better and appreciates the support, but the irritation is not worth the discount, imo. Going back to a midly more expensive option that didn't irritate my skin.

I bought this for my teenage son to see if it would help his knee pain. Seemed to help for the first basketball game. Unfortunately it doesn't stay attached very well- not sure if it's the product functionality that just wasn't sticky enough.
