This tape is very easy to use, colorful, and helps with injuries. It does not irritate the skin like most tapes would, and that is a huge pro. I have a shoulder surgery, and this tape makes a huge difference in alleviating some of the chronic pain related to it. I would highly recommend this product, and it has a high value for the money.

We go through a fair bit of kt tape at our house, so we have tried a few different brands (such as the well-known brand, and the larger super center brand). This tape is not the absolute best, but it is very good for the price. It's one short-coming is that it is not as sticky as other brands. (of course, this can be a blessing or curse depending on how you use kt tape). For our purposes, the tape worked just fine when applied with a lot of friction to warm up the adhesive. The tape did not stick well when cut in half, so if you like to use pieces that are cut in halves or thirds, you might consider another option. However, if you like to use full pieces and have time really rub the tape on, then this product is a great alternative to save some mone.

I like this product a lot. It's helpful that it comes in precut strips, which just so happen to be the right length for where I most often need it, which is on my knee. I'm not really sure what more I can say about it; it does the job, I like the color, I like the width and size of the strips. If you need kinesiology tape for your knee, I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using this K tape for a while now, and overall, I’m really happy with it! It provides excellent support for my muscles and joints without feeling too restrictive. The material is flexible, breathable, and comfortable to wear for workouts or daily activities. Plus, it sticks well without causing irritation.My only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that the adhesive doesn’t always last as long as I’d like, especially after sweating or showering. I sometimes have to reapply sooner than expected. But aside from that, it’s a great product that helps with pain relief and stability. I’ll definitely keep using it!

Nice that I found some that comes in a color other than beige and black. Works Great!Kinesiology tape can be an incredibly effective solution, but applying it correctly takes some know-how. Luckily, there are many online guides offering detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to use this tape and others for various issues. This particular version is more convenient as it's precut specifically for your knee.Getting assistance from another person can make the application process much smoother. Once you're familiar with how to use it, kinesiology tape becomes a fantastic and adaptable tool.

I’ve been using this K tape for an injury, and it’s been really helpful for joint support. It sticks well and stays in place, even through workouts and daily movement. The stretch is just right—not too tight but still supportive. I also love the pink color! Plus, you get plenty of pieces, so it lasts a while. Even through showering it stays on a couple days. Definitely happy with this purchase!
