This tape has actually helped relieve some of the pain I have in my knee. The adhesive does not irrirtate my skin either. No pain when pulling the tape off either. Great product!

Yes it's more gentle on the skin, but it also doesn't stick very well. When it does stay on it works fine though. If you wear it under clothing, like I am on my knee, try to be aware of how the clothing rubs against it when you move otherwise your clothing will make it roll up/unstick from your skin.

I have been using tapes from other manufacturers for years, some cheap and some premium. This is the first time that I had the tape roll off while putting on the trousers. Even with shorts, it came off after a few hours. An absolute waste of money

Eta en particular no se adhiere bien una sobre la otra, y en cuanto se moja comienza a desprenderse, así que hay que cambiarlo diario, no me funciono

Thus is the same kinesiology tape that my physio uses. They adjust easily and fit comfortably around my knee. I can wear them for at least four or five days without having to change them. I protect them while showing by using plastic wrap. Great value.
