I have foot drop in my left foot and I use two strips for better control of my foot. My foot surgeon recommended it. I feel more confident walking when I have two strips on versus when I don’t.

A lot of other brands are not wide like this, so it's nice to have this option depending on the use/body part. The precut pieces also makes it easy to get of the roll and apply. I always soak KT tape before removal because I have SUPER sensitive skin, no matter the brand.You do only get 10 precut pieces, so if you're using it often, it can get expensive.

We have adhesive allergies and sensitive skin, this has been fantastic. No adhesive burns and it actually sticks, but comes off gently.

Ok tape is right. This tape is as expected and performs just as any other tape I have used. These are 10-inch precut strips at a 4-inch width. The tape adheres well and doesn't leave any residue when removed. Little pricey for amount of tape.

I have an active 8 year old with cerebral palsy that affects her right side. She loves to play basketball and tries very hard. Her left side has to over-compensate for her disability, and often has muscle strains. Before a recent practice, she was complaining her muscle hurt, and one strip was going to be too big for her calf, so I cut the strip length-wise and it worked great for her. She said it helped and liked the color too. Big win!

I have been using OK brand tape personally and in the clinic for about a year now. It works. This is the first time trying the larger width and I like it for use on larger body regions for those clients who have more surface area to cover. I do like that the OK tape brand has a nice vertical and horizontal lines on the backing to make it easier to cut straight and even lines if needed. Please note that these are precut strips of 10 inches. I find the 4 inch width and 10 inches length to be adequate for most applications. However, for some areas, such as the hamstring, where the 4 inch width is an advantage, the 10 inch length is too short. Ideally, I'd love to have this 4 inch width in a continuous roll.

These are nice rolls of precut kinesiology tape. They come in the 2 inch width, and each strip is 10 inches long. It is convenient to have the precut size if you commonly use the same length. The tape applies easily, and stays on nicely if applied to clean skin. The pre-cut rounded corners are nice so that the tape does not catch on clothing and come off when not desired. When taking off, it comes off nicely, and does not leave any residue.
