I tried 3 prescription braces for my knee as I had a fall that knocked my kneecap out of line. Pain was bad from those braces and they wouldn’t stay in place….. THEN I decided to check out this precut K tape for the knee!!!!! The best thing I’ve seen, it holds my kneecap in place, doesn’t slide, I’ve showered with it on and I’m back on the dance floor, slow only, but at 76 yo, I’m out there♥️I highly recommend this♥️

I can wear it for three days without the itch I've experienced with other Kinesio tapes. It is easy to apply and a time saver, as I don't have to trim it like I do with different types.
