3-4 stars because it works ok for the price. Definitely does not have the stretch of other name brands. The adhesive works well and the application is straight forward. I loved the customization of strip sizes and was able to keep this on for a few days.

This kinesiology tape is a good alternative to the famous KT brand. It comes in a bigger roll and a lower price tag. It works very well, actually too well! Sometimes it's hard to remove (warm water help a lot), but hey! That's better than peeling off on its own... like the competitor. OK tape is a good way to describe it. If you're not into kinesiology, it helps with injuries, pain, and compression. Orthopedic tape.

Excellent adherence and nice stretch. It is pro grade at half the price. The only complain is that if you leave it on for more than 3 or 4 days, yes it lasts that long even when getting wet due to showers, your skin can develop a rash, so to prevent that it’s a good idea to change every 3 days. Other than that, no complaints. Will definitely be buying again.

I used this sporadically over the past 2 years. Recently I started using it full time. Much better than a brace. Reviewers mention being allergic & showing ugly red & painful looking places on their skin. That had never happened to me before yesterday. It was really stuck even though I’d worn it for 3 days. But it was coming off at the edges. When I pulled it off it really hurt & I got those red patches. My advice: try a small piece when you get it. If you must pull it off right away use something like goop off to loosen the adhesive. The OK PRO is much heavier & sticky. You may want to start w/the original; less hold, less sticky first.

I've been using this product for more than a year and it does an incredible job of supporting my knee and preventing the misalignment that I have been experiencing for quite some time. Very comparable to the higher priced kinesio tapes on the market. Highly recommend.

I've been using another brand (Theraband) and love it, but it's quite expensive, so I was hoping that this would be an adequate alternative - it's not. This is just sort of "meh."The color is attractive, and it's easy to cut. It also adheres well with minimal peeling at the edges after about 24 hours. It's also easy to remove by just peeling it off dry before a shower and does not irritate the skin (as always, if using this on a hairy area like an arm or a leg, it's best to shave the area before applying the tape to make removal much, much easier). However, the edges are straight across, so it's difficult to peel the tape from the backing. It also stretches a bit too much - much more than my usual tape - so the support isn't quite as good.Overall, depending on your needs, this might be a solid option, but if you want stronger support and pre-cut strips, this is not the best choice.

I always use this tape on my knees when I attend events where I expect to move around a lot or walk like a three day music festival. I've always had bad knees and after one day of constant walking I was miserable. A friend suggested I use this tape and I've been using it ever since.As long as it's applied correctly for your needs, in my case for knee support, it's comfortable and will not come off. If I'm on my feet for hours walking around for an entire day my knees will not be swollen or achy even by the next day.The tape allows me to still have my fun and with all the different designs I can easily incorporate it into fun outfits and no one's the wiser as to it's purpose. I will always suggest spending money for your comfort!

This tape is soooo cute! The tape stayed on for up to 5 days. Definitely remove with oil to support your skin and prevent any skin irritation. I have worked out, sweated, and showered daily with this on. The pain relief has been a huge blessin .
