I do not like that I had to cut the tape. There are better brands available that require no cutting and stay on better.

This tape stays in place. I have used some that became loose after a short amount of time. This stays in place the entire time. Even with the sweat.

This tape is pretty impressive. A single strip lasted for over 3days. I was diagonised with muscle injuries and wanted some support for my workout regiment. I put on this tape and it helped me tremendously.

I tried this tape because I was having intolerable knee pain. I had seen it used at the Olympics and thought it might help. I googled the instructions. There are lots of YouTube videos that show you how to apply to many different areas.This was created by chiropractors. No medical doctor has ever suggested using this tape to help decrease my RA pain and symptoms.I’ve had great results. I’ve used it for my knees, shoulders, wrists. Super helpful for me. I get enough support and stability for my joints. I’m very happy with this product. When applying to clean skin it stays on through showers and life. I think I’ve had it on 5 days. Really very helpful. I will continue to use this product.
