This product is not good at all. The adhesive is so harsh and so hard to get it off your skin. It literraly took my skin with it. The name brand KT tape is hands down worth the extra few bucks.

The tape is okay, but it isn't very sticky so it doesn't stay stuck very well. Can only get about 2 days out of it before it start pulling apart.

This is great Physio Tape. Nice colour. Stays in place for the week between Physio visits … with only slight peeling (at the ends). I handle this by cutting the ends … and this resolves the issue.A great product 💞

We have been buying this tape to stop my kids from sucking their thumbs. They’re 6 and 8, it’s way past when they should’ve stopped, we’ve had struggle after struggle with it and we’re taking the 8 year old to an orthodontist for a permanent solution but this works to stop her from thumb-sucking as long as we keep a small piece on her thumb at all times. It’s great because it’s flexible, she can still write, type and do everything she needs to. One piece stays on a while, although we change it frequently because it gets dirty. Point is the adhesive is great, could be long lasting. Great tape for whatever you end up needing it for.

Best KT tape I’ve found online so far, lasting me about 1.5 days, but easily catches on clothing and shoes. I’d give it a 4.5/5 if I could. I’d buy it again.

The tape holds to itself and keeps its shape mostly. If you have a large area to cover and protect, use a widervtspe but thisvis a great tape for wrists, ankles, etc..Highly recommended
