My son uses this when he has anything on his skin that needs to be covered for MMA training. It stays on, sticks to it self but is light enough that you remove it easily with no residue left behind. Works great!

I bought this wrap to use for my OT meter at the gym because the strap that came with the meter would cause me to get a horrible rash. I have eczema and I think the other strap caused my sweat to irritate my skin. This wrap has been pretty easy to use, I tie a little knot around one piece of the meter and then wrap it around a few times and tuck it into the wrap itself. It has stayed in place during my workouts and I do not have the horrible rash, yay!

I was having weird foot pain on the side of my foot and doctor recommended bandage it with ACE bandages but it was uncomfortable and hard to even wear a shoe. This though worked great and I was able to put a sock over after I applied some tape holding the ends in place and long story short helped me work all day and recover.

This tape it’s soft and comfortable to use but unfortunately when you try to pull tight it just stretches to a single roll and can’t be tight at all.

If I didn't already open the package and try to use I would have returned it. It is not durable at all and rips very easily. Barely pulled on thr roll and the product ripped. Would not recommend.
