These work really well even though they are very thin. I use them to protect the back of my heels from chafing and blisters in dress shoes that were killing my feet. I put these on any time I wear shoes that cut into my heel and I’m protected from chafing all day at the office.

no stretch like original KT brand tape. Doesn't adhere as well. But did prevent blisters

I actually keep these in my daughter's dance bag as a cure all item. Meaning while yes if she has a blister sure we will use it for its purpose. but... In a pinch when the costume was rubbing and digging in to her because she grew and it was a bit on the small side these lined on the costumes seems made it so it didn't hurt as much and she could tolerate the costume for the performance.They also stick to the costume well, so they stayed on it for multiple competitions. I had at first put them on her body where the costume would hit. That worked ok, but they did tug her skin when i took them off, and she has become very sensitive to adhesives on various bandages. Thats where I got the idea to try them on the costume, and that was the best solution. They will always be in the dance bag now.

This tape is incredible. I was skeptical that it would remain in place when wrapped around my ankle or heel, yet it endures 2-3 runs without loosening. It offers solid protection against blisters and is easy to remove, leaving behind minimal adhesive residue. Overall, it's an outstanding product.

A friend recommended this blister tape to me and I absolutely love it! It works great! I have a few spots on my feet (outside of pinky toes and on my bunions) where I typically get blisters when hiking, walking long distances or exercising vigorously. This tape is magic! I like that I can cut the tape if I need a smaller piece. I'm very satisfied with this tape and so glad that my friend recommended it.I do wish, though, that there was an option to purchase the tape (refill) without the round, black case/container. It feels wasteful to me as I only need the one case. If I could order it as a refill without the case, that would be good. I suppose you can use the container to hold other small items once all of the blister tape has been used up.

I tend to wear through the inside heels of my shoes first, and when I get new running or hiking shoes they often give me blisters on my heels.I swear by these now for hikes and have hiked 12 miles with one use in first season shoes.I won’t say these have never rolled, moved, or been a bit too thin to hold up for the entire walk or run, but they often do plenty to keep the blisters away.The container is easy to carry, or I even throw in a couple to a small pocket in my bag in case I need to swap out along the way. These hold better than bandaids and the pre cut makes them easier to use than moleskin.I bought the black ones about a year ago and the nude ones in the past month, for some reason the black ones seemed thicker to me, but the nude have been holding up fine still.

J’ai acheté ces bandes car j’utilise déjà les KT tape kinesio coton et pro pour du taping (qui d’ailleurs marchent tres bien en prévention des appuis et échauffements du pied).Ces bandes ne sont pas en tissu mais en intissé ! Elles ne sont pas élastiques donc gênent le mouvement et se décollent !Si vous voulez perdre 10€ c’est fait !Privilégier les bande de kinesio couleur chair ça fera très bien le boulot !

Love these, they're precut, and just the right size to cover the friction blister problem area. Also wide enough (tend to be quarter-sized). However, it does NOT STICK well to skin and easily comes off with sweat. To help that, I use Leukotape wrapped around my foot partially overlapping the KT Tape. Leukotape stays in place regardless of sweat or shuffling, but doesn't prevent blisters. So a combination of both has been amazingly effective for me for months doing running and tennis.

Das Tape hält sehr gut fest auf der Haut und verhindert Blasen an z.B den Fersen (Blasen aufgrund Reibung) sehr effektiv.

Great stuff. Stayed in place and survived a 50-miler. The blister underneath were minor compared to racing without it.

so i bought some new doc martens and stupidly decided to wear them without even thinking about the fact that i would get blisters. i got the absolute most painful blisters on my heels. this was a little over a week ago. i let the blisters heel for a week and this tape came in. i put a bandaid on my almost heels blisters for extra protection and then i put this tape on the part where the docs rub the most. they work so well. there is no pain. mind you these aren’t even close to being broken in yet. i wore them all day yesterday and today and my heels are just fine. if you are breaking in new doc martens (and prob any other shoes) GET THIS STUFF!! only part i didn’t like was removing it bc it really sticks to you so be careful when pealing off.
