Works just as good as the expensive KT tape for less money! I use this tape on my back and foot it helps w tendon issues and sciatic pain!

I didn't use to like precut. I felt they made me use more than I needed to use which made me buy it more often.Which made me feel cheated. I am still not entirely sure I wasn't right. But it has been over 5 years and I use it more ways, different ways than I did at first. I have some advanced ( everything is advanced at my age LOL!) RA, OA and lumber spinal stenosis. I keep a couple rolls of the uncut on the shelf but the precut lengths match up with my needs and make life easier. Used correctly the tape offers good support and relief from pain. I have placed a strip on a muscle hat was just beginning to spasm before locking in a full blown cramp and it has calmed down the spasm so no pain searing cramp!. CKeep as a brand well, sometimes I try one because of the price savings and sometimes it works fine and sometimes not as well. Ckeep I have used so often that when I see it and the price is more or less right I choose it over others less familiar.Money is money you do the best you can. Kinesiology if the word is unfamiliar check it out on line or with someone at your gym you trust or your therapist or dr.Then start reading reviews and looking at shopping option.

I have used a similar item before that is no longer available so I wanted to try this one after looking at many different items and reviews.This one is very strong. I wanted it because it was waterproof which seems to be trueFor me, this was great And did the job to help support my knee.That being said it is super Duper strong I have more sensitive skin so it did irritate because I left it on for a couple days.So if you have extremely sensitive skin, you might need to remove it and clean the skin. It can be hard to take off just because it is super strong.This would be really good for people who or maybe athletes or more active and needs something that is extremely strong. I will still use what I have. I may not order again because it may be too strong for my sensitive skin. It did cause me some irritation, but I don’t think it is any fault of the product it works as described and did a really great job for supporting where I needed it. It was a good value for the price as well, so I was still recommend it. It did last for quite some time so if you needed to leave it on, it will stay with you. I ordered black and I do like the color as well. It was also easy for me to cut and put different size strips if I needed.

Initial use: I loved the support it gave my belly at 38-40 weeks pregnant. However it caused itching and a rash. Tried to ride it out because the relief it gave from getting diastis recti was so beneficial, but after half a day it was impossible. Left the adhesive pattern on my skin for about a week of itching. Irritated a stretch mark and made it worse. Must watch anchor points if using on more delicate skin.A month and some later: used on wrist injury from IV during labour and has helped support and stabilize to limit over Extension. No rash, no bad reactions to adhesive. Easy to remove while not so much on my stomach.Removal: oil didn't help me but hair conditioner does wonders in the shower for removal. Apply and run a bit of water over tape to saturate.

This tapes works good. It's stretchy and forms well to my knee. It sticks well and even re-sticks when warmed with hair dryer. It was supportive and helped relieve my pain and discomfort. It lasted several days with very little peeling.Also cuts well so you can modify to your needs.

I branched out with this purchase and I am not disappointed. I've used brand name KT tape for over 10 years, due to the high cost of that brand, I decided to try something new. This works just as well as the expensive stuff. The only downside is the adhesive sticks a little more. If you have sensitive skin, maybe opt for the pricier stuff. But if you can handle some sticky stuff, definitely go with this instead.

Excellent kinesiology tape. Its not KT, but , I don't see how you could get closer without just buying the real thing at 2-3x the cost. Have used it for achilles pain, knee pain, shoulder(labrum tear), plantars fasciitis(arch pain). All with outstanding results. Pain dissipation begins almost immediately. Clean skin adhesion is very good, even through perspiration and moderatly intense activity. Taped inner knee had a lot of friction in pants and rolled up during heavy activity. KT does the same, Georgia summer heat is unforgiving. Very durable, otherwise. Definitely recommend, as it hits the price point and is very effective. Great purchase.
