This tape is nothing like kt tape, it just smells nice and helps relax muscles. The smell only lasts a day; when i tried to take the tape off, my skin went with it, no matter how slow i went, how much lotion or oil i applied to it, and the remnants of the adhesion stays for days after.

This particular brand is terrible in regards to stickiness if there is any oil on the person or perspiration, the tape will not stick at all. It’s also more difficult to apply than other tapes. I won’t be using this brand ever again. There are so many better ones out there.

I love, love, love this tape! I will never buy another brand now. I am a fitness junkie over 40 so I am constantly in pain somewhere on my body, this tape has seen me through several injuries and allowed me to keep training! Thank you for making this!!! I need to buy in bulk lol

Super comfortable. Highly effective tape. Cooling sensation of the menthol is soothing. Lasts for 2-3 days even with showers and high activity levels. Releases without tearing your skin off (after 2-3 days).

Overall I like this KT tape. I do get a cooling sensation upon first application but it needs to get soaking wet again to be reactived.I dislocated my elbow playing sand volleyball and after recovery I am using this tape to help support it. It works great and I feel more confident playing than if I went without it.It stays on very well even with the sand. The minus one star is because it does not stick very well if overlapped with itself. I had to adjust my taping method because the tape my PT used was SUPER sticky and she did an overlapping method. I found a different way to apply it that does not overlap but still works to support my elbow. I can leave it on as long as I want to keep reusing. I typically leave on 3-5 days since I also weight train.This tape removes much easier and leaves less sticky residue than other tapes I've tried which is why I am going to repurchase.
