These work excellent! I had blisters on my ankles from skiing and boots not fitting quite right. I used these the next time I skied and no blisters. Easy to put on. No cutting of pieces of moleskin etc. I use them every time I ski.

I got these for running and hiking. For hiking there are certain points on my foot where the boots seem to rub more and this helps keep the blister from forming. For running I have issues with my toenails so I wrap them with this to keep them secure so they don't bruise. Works great

My ski boots and hiking shoes were making my heels raw. After they healed up I tried all sorts of products to protect that skin from abrasion. This product really works. In fact it's the best one that I have found. It's thin enough to conform to the shape of your foot and not take up space in your shoe. The adhesive is strong enough to stay in place but does not tear your skin when you remove the product. I use these every time I ski now and plan to buy more for summer hiking. Note: this product is not for use on blisters. There are products for that. This product protects the skin from abrasion before you have blisters.

My daughter has horrible blisters from this basketball season and we've tried just about everything. Received these last week and she wore them from the time school started 8am all the way through the end of a game where she played nearly the entire game. At 9pm they were still on her feet and did a good job protecting from worsening of blisters. They are easy to apply and come off easily. I would highly recommend!

This is a great set of precut kinesiology tape that is perfect for use in small ares, such as on the back of your heel to prevent blisters. It sticks to skin well and won't ride up, yet at the same time it is not hard to remove and will not irritate your skin. Nice set of tape!

These are nice precut small sized tape that are easy to apply to the feet area. The material on these are soft and on the thinner side so they don't get in the way. I use them only on the feet area. They are too small to be used elsewhere so understand that there is no ability to cut to size since they are smaller in nature already. They do not stretch; these are tape to help with the feet like blisters. I had them on the back of my heel and did not move when I was wearing them. Will have to see how they do in the summer when there is more sweat from when it is hot, but for now it holds up well.

The sticker holding the free end of the roll closed is overly sticky and pulls loose some of the fibers upon removal. The backing peels off the patches themselves quite easily. At 3.5" long (and 1.25" wide), the patches are longer than I would choose for most blister prevention, as excess material can also be a cause of surrounding blistering. Shorter and wider, perhaps 2x1.5, would be a more natural fit for the common rub spots.I put them to the test with a pair of socks with little life left in them, and the blister tape did just fine at preventing any rubbing through the tattered fabric.
