Someone knows how to make a product *and* write an assembly instruction manual that you can use! I am not particularly mechanically inclined but I was able to put the chair together by myself in about a half an hour. It's sturdy, it's comfortable, and it looks good. Very pleased. Thank you for a good product!

Very stiff after awhile sitting in it and the back dose not adjust so it sits at like a 90° bend other than that good quality

The desk in my guest room needed a chair so I bought this one for it solely based on how good it looks. Once I put it together I found it to be much more comfortable then I expected, so much so that it has replaced my regular office chair in my home office. I now use it 8 hours a day and have no complaints. It has a nice wide seat that has just the right amount of cushioning and support. I love being able to fold the arms back to fully push the chair under my desk at the end of the day. The back of the chair reclines enough so that you can get a good stretch without having to get up. It took me about 15 minutes to put the chair together at a very casual pace. Very easy assembly, the hardware is labeled, and the instructions were clear. Great full time office chair and so much nicer looking than most.

First of all, the chair is really well constructed, with lots of metal where metal is absolutely needed. The precision and assembly of the parts is top-notch.Regarding actually assembling the chair, the instructions are very clear and easy, particularly if you have any kind of mechanical ability.There is a square bar code that you can scan with your phone if you need to, but the paper version is just fine.The "kit" comes with all of the fasteners that you will need, and they seem high quality. The manufacturer even went the last mile and put a stripe of thread-locker type "paint" on them all, nice for the Customer, also included qty 1 of each fastener as spares (!), expensive for the Manufacturer.Speaking of expensive, the fastener kit came with a proper "T" style hex wrench, it was SO much easier to use than an "L" style wrench, and a much appreciated extra touch.Sitting here now, I'm comfortable and ergonomically well supported.The only negative comments that I have are personal preferences, and mostly in comparison to my trusty old workhorse of a chair that this one is replacing.It should be noted that I am ~5' 11" (~180cm), ~90 kg and spend about 12 hrs a day in my chair.- The chair does not go low enough for me to be totally comfortable, my legs are well supported by the bolster, but I would like it to be 1 inch (2.54 cm) lower so that I would have the option to have my legs unsupported every now and then.- It was unclear when I ordered it if the seat reclined like my old chair, the seat and the back reclined at the same time. This chair, only the back reclines and the seat stays flat.It's still a comfortable place to be, but my preference would be for the seat to recline as well.- I don't think I will have much use for the slide-out leg support, but it works really well and is a well engineered bit of kit. I will find use for it I'm sure but for now (it's new) at least I have that option.Overall, this chair is not inexpensive, but it seems to be made with quality in mind. The leather is fake, but is supple and looks really nice, the accent stitching is pretty flawless. We'll see how well it holds up. The rollers are strong and smooth and the armrests change geometry when the back is reclined, so they stay in just the right orientation no mater where you have the back set to.If you are willing to spend the $ then this is a quality product.

I was looking for a new computer chair since my previous one broke and this one caught my eye. It is very nice looking and it was very easy to assemble, didn't take too long to assemble and I was able to do it myself. It is manufactured well with high quality materials and the faux leather seems to be of high quality, it seems like it will last a long time. The chair is comfortable to sit on even for long periods of time and i like how the height is adjustable to suit your needs. I also like how the chair can lean back for extra comfort but the best feature that I like is that the armrests fold up so that you can tuck the chair all the way in when it's not in use. The wheels roll smoothly and overall a good chair. Would recommend.

Great value for the price. I have home office and work 10 hour days and the high headrest is a good feature. The design is good support for my back, and I like rocking feature for finding the perfect angle if i want to put my legs up for more comfort. The flip up armrests come in handy when i want to put the chair inside the desk. Assembling was not a problem and i had it ready to go in about 15 minutes, although instructions could be better. I will recommend this 5/5 if you are looking for a comfy chair for your home office.EditThis chair started hurting my back after prolonged use and I've decided to return it.

It's always difficult estimating whether the dimensions of an office chair and its adjustability will be suitable for use. I'm 5' 11" tall and weigh 165 lbs. The dimensions of this chair are exactly right for me. If I lean back, my head doesn't extend over the top of the back rest. I can actually...rest. It provides excellent lumbar support as well as support under my thighs, almost to my knees. The pneumatic cylinder seems fine. It adjusts the chair height up and down easily and smoothly. The cylinder is shipped with the tension set very high. In order to easily tilt back, I twisted the adjusment dial about 12-15 revolutions. I ordered this chair without the footrest, but with foldable arms. Everything is stable, level and feels secure. The chair was well packed and complete. The faux leather is attractive and appears to be durable, although it is thin. There were no noticeable odors from the product. The instructions are simple to follow and it took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble the chair by myself. None of the hardware is coated with any kind of easily transferrable lubricant, so no worries about getting junk on the carpet. The screw/ bolt holes are well machined and everything aligned perfectly. As other reviewers have posted, do not tighten the screws/ bolts down all the way until you have all of the screws/ bolts seated properly at each step of assembly. I found that laying the chair on its side after attaching the base made aligning and securing the chair back with the arm rests a lot simpler. Once both arms were attached I turned the chair upright and tightened the bolts alternating between the four on each side until snug. This is replacing a 22 year old office chair which is a rather high end piece of office furniture. I think this provides better comfort and comparable quality. I'll probably spend 3-4 hours a day in the chair and highly recommend it.

I’ve been using this chair extensively for the past two months and it is holding up very well. The upholstery material is in great shape and shows no signs of wear or tear. The only thing I have noticed is that it has developed a minor cant to the left, which is only noticeable when you look at it from behind. Hasn’t affected the comfort or feel. Very nice chair.
