Ok so this is super comfortable. There is so much padding. It is definitely big. If you are short you may have a hard time with the height of it. I am 5â8 and my feet just hit the floor. It seems sturdy and was easily put together. I love the back support pump. It is very quiet and rolls easily.

Putting the chair together was straight forward and the instructions were easy to follow. Everything to put the chair together was correct and there were even some extra screws. The included allen wrench was very helpful in tightening things. The seat might not be soft enough for some people, but I like firmer seats and backrests. There is not a lot of back support, but I like to add my own support. I am 5'4" and my head hits a little low on the head rest. However. I have neck supports. The arms on the chair are a good height for me. However, they cannot be tightened all the way since the arms moves as the chair tilts back, so there is a little wobble in the arms. Not a deal breaker for me. With the chair tilted all the way back and the leg rest fully extended, the padded part goes to just above my heels. So the leg rest would not work for people taller than 5'8" for sure. The chair is pretty stable when tilted back and there is no evidence of any kind of leaning forward of the chair. I will say, though, in the upright position when the chair is all the way down height wise, my feet are not totally flat on the floor. If you are shorter than 5 feet, this might be problematic. The width is perfect for me as I like a little room on the sides, since I am not a small person and have big hips. Overall: If you are looking for good back and neck support, are on the taller side, and like a soft seat, go with something else. I have my own back and neck supports and like firmer seats and back rests, hence the 5 stars. It works for me with some minor not so perfect things. However, the not so perfect things I can easily work with. It's a good chair for the price and it depends on what you are looking for in a chair. Hopefully it will last a long time.

I had one of those ergonomic mesh chairs that didn't do it for me beforehand, but this is a big upgrade! With a 22-inch wide seat cushion and a 29-ish inch backrest, this seat is satisfactory for a big and tall 6'2" fellow like me. It's sturdy, rolls as good as any, comfortable and plush, easy to assemble, and the parts feel and look quality. It has an impeccable reclining system, the hydraulic system sits perfectly, and the swivel moves like silk. It's been a huge upgrade from the past couple of chairs I had, without burning a hole in my bank account! Extra bonuses are the footrest and the inflatable lumbar, while these options are not perfect, both are there and work as intended. The footrest is short and acts more like a calf-rest away from the chair, but it's still plush and comfortable. And the inflatable lumber support is a little low for me personally, but works without flaw otherwise. Overall, this deal of a chair earns a 5-star in my book.

I have currently had this chair for 2 days. The assembly was very easy and the supplied Allen wrench is a T-Handle! The chair is comfortable and the reclining feature is great! but.. the arms on this chair wobble quite a bit. The instructions say to not fully tighten them. I tested the reclining of the arms with the bolts not fully tightened and with them fully tightened. There was no difference in the wobble or reclining. The arms felt just "okay" at first, but just a day in, it is already wobbly to where I feel I may break the plastic of the arms the bolts slide into. If you keep the chair, I recommend leaving the screw hole caps off of the chair and saving the Allen wrench so you can tighten the bolts throughout your use.Update 1/2025 : The screws in the arms and the back of the share come loose overtime. This has caused popping noises when you sit down, get up, or make sitting adjustment while in the chair. To alleviate this you will need to tighten the screws throughout your use. When it comes to the screws in the back of the chair, I believe the noise could be solved by simply designing this chair using nuts to prevent the screws from backing out. Overall I still stand by my rating, as this chair does work for its purpose, but could use some improvements.

We have gone through three chairs so far, one harder to assemble then the other. Until this chair, total game changer. Very easy to understand instructions, even identifying which screws go where. Took 15 min to assemble. Even nicer is how comfortable and sturdy the chair is. Half the price of the others and way more comfortable. The seat is wide enough for those of us that need a little extra thigh room. The arm rests are padded and really comfortable. Great chair for those 6-6â4. The back comes up far enough so your entire head can use the head rest not hitting middle of neck like others. Highly recommend!

Solid, comfortable chair for the larger person. I'm 6'2", 290#. This chair is firm enough for sitting, but soft enough for comfort. The back reclines to any degree you wish. The chair does not have a rocking function. The pump up lumbar support is very nice. The foot rest is the least functional part of the design. It folds away neatly, but does not extend far enough to support the lower legs, and when extended it feels a bit flimsy. Easily assembled in about 15-20min. Overall a good desk chair that I would order again.

Well made. Great chair. I work long hours and havenât had any aches or pains from sitting in this chair. Nice reclining feature. Love the extra support and cushioning. Fabric looks like it will hold up well.

While the assembly directions required slight modification when it came to attaching the back to the seat, they were easy to follow, and all required hardware was present. The inclusion of the allen wrench with the butterfly handle made assembly a breeze. It is anvery sturdy and comfortable chair. Will buy another when I need one.
