9/10 because you cannot lock the chair in the recliner position, but otherwise everything about this chair is super comfortable. Would recommend getting a lumbar pillow to assist as there is a tiny gap between the seat and the backrest.To begin, assembly was very straightforward. They always ask you to do it with two people but can be easily handled by one person. Everything fits into place well and once assembled in most likely 20 minutes, sitting on the chair and using it for work or playing video games like I do for many hours is very enjoyable. I am 5’6” and I can tell you that my head rests right at the top of the chair providing good support there and the design of the center of the backrest allows your spine to relax while the side bolster make you feel secure. The seat is wide enough to attempt crisscross seating and the arms are padded for supporting your arm more comfortably. As stated above if it had a little lumbar pillow and locking mechanic in the recline position then this would check every box. I also added a small footstool to really elevate the experience. Overall love the chair so much I replaced my old gaming chairs for this.TL;DR would buy again

Bought this chair for my husbands office and was able to easily assemble it within 30 min. I loved the look of the chair. It was sturdy, comfortable, and had a slight reclining option.I only ended up returning the item as my husband wanted a chair that was faux leather and not cloth as he insists they're easier to clean. I prefer the cloth type as the fake leather starts peeling over time and would have preferred to keep this one.Overall a great chair for the price! Wish we had kept it!

So this was actually the second chair that I bought. This one rocks back and forth and is perfect for anyone under about 250lbs. I weigh 230ish. The rocking feature is why I bought it. Great for gaming on a projector, you can just lean back. It is cloth and comfortable and not fake leather that peels. The height is good I'm 5-11'' barefoot. It took about 15 minutes to assemble and the tools where included. The back support is ergonomic and contours correctly. I'm happy!

Some people complained about the head rest being not tall enough or the seat part being too long, but I think it’s perfect for bigger people. If you’re any bigger with a normal chair you are too far to the edge but with this chair you fit perfectly in it as if you were thinner. I really love that. And the head part is at the right position to rest your head on, I like that it’s not too awkwardly tall. The comfort and quality are also top notch. I’ve ordered from even more expensive brands and they weren’t this nice. Even after sitting for hours it’s still comfortable

High quality over size office chair with arms. It’s like sitting down in a cloud of softness. The stitching very well done Chair is easy to assemble Adjustable make it work extremely well for me at 5 foot 6 inch and also for my 6 foot tall husband. My cat likes it so much I often find her taking a nap in it.

Chair was easy to assemble, and appears to be well made. My complaint is that the arm rests are short and end up poking me in the back of the arm when working on computer. I hindsight I shouldn't have bought a chair with moveable arms. I should also have paid attention to chair dimensions. Seat itself seems to short for me.
