Had a problem with missing parts when I received the chair. I messaged the seller and I had new parts in less than a week. It's a comfortable chair and looks like it will last quite a while.

This has to be to the best looking chair I have ever owned for a computer desk or office chair, it is fantastic. So easy to put together , it probably took me about 15 mins total. It is not so soft to start with , but I was assured it would get better with time . The armrests are nice and sturdy. It also rolls great too.

This chair is a waste of money, don’t trust the images they provide those are probably pictures of whatever designer chair they knocked off, as the chair I got was the same looking but worse, think of the way a Big Mac looks in the promotional image and then the sad flattened out little thing you get when you buy it. Seat padding is practically non existent, the high back doesn’t even make it to my shoulders and I’m only 5’10”.This is not a big and tall chair, I’m not THAT big or that tall and I can barely squeeze between the armrests. I’m 5’10” and about 250 pounds and this big and tall chair claimed it could handle 450 pounds, I’m less than half it’s weight and have had it less than six months and it’s already starting to bend and go crooked and it’s not like I’m doing gymnastics on this thing I mostly just use it for when I’m gaming or working on the computer.I mean I can’t understand why anyone would buy this but I will say that it was easy to assemble and looks nice even if it looks like someone deflated it.Honestly no matter what you plan on using it for, pick another chair. This thing is a total waste.

I ordered this desk chair, in need of one that supports big and tall, that supports my large frame and weight. It holds up to 400 pounds, and is made of faux leather. I chose the color to match all of the wood in my den. It was very easy to assemble, and when I sat down in it, it was very comfortable. It was only $99.99, and I felt a very fair market value. Some of the chairs that has the same features as this chiar, are selling for $300 ~ $400! The padding on the back and the seat, are ver comfortable. I think I will be getting years of usage from this chair, an d I'm very happy with my purchase.

So after seeing how much office chairs are online right now (since COVID they have been jacked up like crazy) I opted for a cheaper stand-in until prices drop (I hope). It is easy to assemble. Took about 15 minutes to unpack and assemble. I got the white one which is more of a cream than white. The chair is pretty but made of very CHEAP materials. The arms and legs are made of plastic not metal. The little plastic caps they give you to put over the screw holes on the outside of the arms keep popping out. It's a nice size for my 5'4" 235 lb frame. Not a whole lot of padding so it definitely won't be comfortable for someone that needs it for a full day of work. I have to lift it all the way up to reach the desk at a comfortable height for my arms and my feet don't touch the floor which makes me nuts because I have to use a stool under my feet. I would say they like about 3 inches touching the floor. Overall for the price - you get what you pay for - and it will do for now.

I gave an overall 3 because it is not big and tall, we have one of those and these two we bought here will not hold hold 400 lbs, it is not as wide as I thought, and it sits nicely but not as secure as I thought. I thought since it said 400 lb and big and tall chair it would be but I am 5ft 5 and I weigh about 175 and I fill the chair up. It is not tall on the back and that was not what I thought either seems it should be taller behind the head. I bought two of these thinking they would be much larger and more sturdy. I hope they last I am holding my breath on these. I would rank these like the ones you buy at Walmart at 89 is about what I think. Will let you know in a few more months. The price was a little high I think. But it is what it is. It also seems to lean a tad to one side and that is disturbing. I couldn't afford to buy two more expensive chairs at once and I trusted that the description would be all 100% correct but it is not. So next time spend a little more save more money and get a higher-quality chair. I think I was really fair in the review. I wish I could have said it was all the best but the description did not match up to the chair. But they are pretty.

It was simple to put together, the instructions were easy & clear. Everything went together as it should. Just be sure when putting the back & arm rests on, DONT tighten down until everything is in place! I think that is the biggest mistake people make assembling desk chairs.I bought it for me, and really thought the seat would be a little bigger. I got it together and my husband sat down in it moments after I finished. He is a tall skinny guy and it fit him perfect. So before I even tested it, it went down the hall & I went looking for another one. I sat in it before I ordered one for me. It isn't *plush* but it is comfortable. I'm *fluffy* (curvy, plump & bubble butt) and tend to tuck a leg under me so a wider seat is more comfortable. If you sit properly this would be a good seat for someone even heavier than I am (probably about 225lbs?). I'm about 175lbs, but like a ROOMY seat because I sprawl & often have a cat or two on my lap while working. It is moving well on a office style carpet, but you will have a challenge moving around on longer carpet without getting up first. Everything on it works well, and hubby not only uses it while in his computer but it's comfortable enough he sits in it to watch TV. I'm glad he likes it because I really wanted something A bit larger and more padded, but there's nothing wrong with it from our experience & I've certainly used worse! I'd have been happy to have this at many of my corporate jobs, but I'm spoiled now that I work from home. I personally wouldn't want to spend 8 hours a day in it but hubby seems to be very satisfied and has not complained of any discomfort. I think it's a great chair with a terrific price!
