They sent it out right away. However, despite paying extra to get it here, UPS dropped the ball and I watched in the tracking as this thing toured the country. Overall, I received what I payed for. And it was at a decent price. It just cost me $12 extra to watch this thing go from one state to another and arrive far later than what I expected.
