All of which can be dimmed and brightened to fit-in at any setting. Pour Over VS Direct Connect This machine comes in two different setups. One with a water take reservoir for ease of use (pour over) and another that can connect directly to a water source (direct connect), eliminating the need to refill the tank in the back.

This is my 2nd Musica. I bought it when my 15 year old machine needed a repair, so I will have a backup. I believe it's the best home espresso machine that money can buy. It produces great espresso, and the frothing is top notch. If you are an espresso drink fan, you won't be sorry you bought one of these! Just note the height. It might not fit under your counter, unless you replace the feet with shorter ones. I got them at JW Winco, and now it slides under my cabinet. It would be nice, if Nuova Simonelli provided a shorter set in the box . . .

This machine though expensive is an excellent choice for a small relatively slower customer base or for a family that likes to drink Lattes. We had it for about a month in our church lobby coffee shop but during the morning rush when 50 people were waiting it did not heat up quickly enough between shots so the wait time was too long for us. But an excellent machine in the right environment. Great quality and easy to use and clean. I recommend it given the stated issues.

It was my first purchase. During the first installation there was a problem with heating water, it stays always cold and the boiler tank heating element indicator light doesn’t turn off. I can not use it. It doesn’t work(

I have had this machine for 6 years now. I have had one minor issue and one of the copper pipes burst inside. The customer service was excellent. They recommended a repair facility and it only cost 200 to fix. The inside is all copper like all commercial machines. I have had many espresso machines over the years and this is the best one so far. I would buy another without a doubt! If you are hesitant about the price take the leap and buy it as it will not do you wrong.

Love this machine. We spent weeks watching and reading reviews for an espresso machine with a steamer wand. At first we thought we had struck gold with an automatic Breville unit, but it just didn’t get hit enough. After agonizing again, we decided to raise our budget significantly and went for the Musica. It’s a dream come true. The water is scalding hot. The water spout does indeed sputter as others note, but the warming top and superb steaming wand make up for the minor inconvenience. My wife makes espressos and lattes three or times a week and every single one has been delicious. It would be amazing if this unit had some sort of timer or clock built in to alleviate the manual warmup time, but we’re fine waking up 20 minutes earlier.

This machine has not worked properly since the day we bought it!! The water spout sputters and the steam wand is too hot, but does not have enough pressure. We bought it in October and have already had to replace the 'O' ring on the fill tank. Sometimes the machine will randomly stop!. No luck contacting the seller.I would like to mention even with the massive amount of issues, it does pull nice shots!
