Everything is good in this expresso machine, it worth the price. Very strong and easy compared to other ones, but it will be better if the expresso cup came hotter than is usual in this machine. Anyway, you have a hot Expreso ready to drink without burns your lips. It would be better if in a new model it came with a stop manual for one cup and two or ad hoc.

we've had it for 7 months now and use it about 5 times a week. having an issue with getting the grind just right so it doesn't sort of "explode" when brewing causing quite a mess to clean up. otherwise it is easy to use and the taste of the espresso is very good - my husband drinks espresso straight and I like a latte.

I received my espresso maker on February 11, 2019 and the steamer wand just stopped working on August 3, 2019. Can't return or even get fixed based on the window period to return is only 30 days. To be clear, I used the maintenance schedule in the manual on how to clean everyday and every three months. I should have paid more attention to other reviewers who stated this exact problem. Please do not become a victim as I have. Just as a side note, the expresso shots filters given are much less than what you would find on any other espresso machine.

I was pleasantly surprised at this espresso maker, being a much affordable alternative to the fancy ones. It’s easy to use and clean. My espresso is delicious and it does everything I need it to and nothing I don’t. It’s compact and not too loud. All in all I’m impressed! (Purchased 12/18.)

Easy to use. No tamping needed nor “locking” the basket. Simple to use and I like the ability to stop it manually. The water tank is a bit odd and the lid to to tank doesn’t stay on well. It’s not bad. For the price it’s ok.

only had a few days but love this machine, I am not a coffee connoisseur by any means and this is my first espresso machine but its very easy to use and by my third cup I honestly couldn't tell the difference between what I made and say a starbucks. It does take a few tries to dial in how bold you want the taste and the froth to espresso ratio but its super easy to use, very happy with this purchase, will update if anything changes in the future

I've owned a couple of different cappuccini machines that broke after a year. This one works very well, and I paid the few dollars extra for the product insurance. After sampling the espresso, I find that it is almost as thick as the $700 machines. It is a great value for the price.I like the self-pucking feature, which packs the coffee for you. The brew process is all manual with the machine heating up the water in the reservoir and dripping into the cup until you shut it off. You are supposed to count to 20 for the optimal drip. The milk frother works well, but must be cleaned after each use. This means that the process of creating cappuccini will add about 15 minutes to your day, everyday. Of course, the espresso is over and done with in less than 5 minutes. I have to say though that it tastes much better than what we get at our local coffee shop, and costs far less. So, you break even at about 40 cups.Because it is manual in nature and needs cleanup to maintain quality and its life, it is a tradeoff between cost and convenience, but with no sacrifice to quality of what you would get with the trip and line waiting at the local business. I use it for espresso during the week and a cappuccino on the weekends. I am satisfied with this purchase.**Update**After about a year. It still works great with no leaks. A couple times it stopped working and I thought I might have to use the insurance I got with it. I cleaned it thoroughly and it was up and running again. We use it at least 2 times a day every day for the last year and it has held up fine. It is probably the best value we have gotten out of any of our appliances.
