Seems to be good quality but I find it heavy to pick up from the stove using only the long handle. My old wok pan had a handle on the other side to assist with picking up from the stovetop.

I cook, a lot. I rarely leave reviews. This wok is fantastic and is my go to pan. We had to replace all our cookware due to age and use. Purchased a stainless wok, cast iron skillet, and this wonderful wonderful non-stick. It does not stick, cleans very easily, and the shape is good for flipping your food while cooking. I'm considering other shapes and sizes. You won't be disappointed. Lotta bang for the buck

Love it, works like a charm, have had it for several months now and it still looks as good as new. Still as non stick as the first time used. Easy to clean, cooks evenly and if it can stand up to being used by my husband (which it has so far…. ) then it’s a keeper. Highly recommend!

After years of using a coated electric wok, I was finally able purchase one that could be used on a gas stove and am 100%+ satified with this wok's quality and how well it cooked the stir fry chicken and vegetables i made for a delicious and healthy meal. The handle was easy to put on and was so much easier to work with than the one I had with the two small handles on either side of the work. Not sure what it's made of, but it is very comfortable to the touch. The wok itself heated so quickly, did not burn and cooked the veggies and chicken thoroughly in a very short amount of time. I had a lot of different vegetables so i cooked each type separately to not overload the wok as the instructions said to fill between 70 & 80% of the wok...great tip. I thought the price point was very fair, given the quality and same day delivery. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again as a gift for someone. Also, clean up was so easy and it came with terrific spatula as well.

I have a very nice carbon steel wok, but I’m trying to cut down on oil. Also, I wanted a wok that could be used to boil and steam items without worrying about the patina. This pan came today, and I’ve used it for four dishes already (I meal prep), and each one turned out beautifully. I’ve also used it to boil noodles in, and again it performed well with the extra diameter of a wok making it easier to give the noodles added space. Absolutely no sticking, and the silicone spatula that came with it is sturdy and easy to use. I was worried about the handles because I’d had some before like this on a previous cookware set that got hot when used but not this one. Stayed cool to the touch even after successive stir frying. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I LIKE THE SIZE, THE COOKING SURFACE, THE LID AND EASE OF CLEANING. I HAVE GONE THROUGH MANY WOKS. MY FIRST WAS PURCHASED IN SINGAPORE AND WAS STEEL WHICH RUSTED EASILY. OTHERS WERE NON STICK AND THE SURFACE BECAME SCARED AND EVENTUALLY WAS NOT EASY TO CLEAN. THIS WOK IS DEEP AND YET NOT SO LARGE IT HOGS THE STOVE TOP AND HAS A VERY TOUGH SURFACE. THE LID IS A STRONG GLASS AND THEN TO TOP IT OFF IT IS SHIPPED WITH THE BEST TURNEER I HAVE SEEN!

After buying and trying several expensive carbon steel wok options that we ultimately ended up returning because no matter what they say, these types of pans just don't preform well on an electric ranges as they require a higher heat that only an open flame can provide. We scoured Amazon and located the Koridsen Wok and we are sure glad we did! This pan arrived excellently packaged and has been a workhorse in our home since receiving it 17 days ago. It has performed above and beyond our expectations in terms of heat and nonstick capabilities, showing no signs of scratching and degradation of the nonstick surface and, the stir fry spatula and glass lid that it comes with are very robust and fit the pan like a glove. The handle on the pan has to be assembled, and the instructions it comes with are very straight forward for doing so and Koridsen even provides the screwdriver for installing it. Also the handles for the pan and the lid remain cool to the touch and the weight of the pan is light and very manageable while remaining strong and robust. My wife is Chinese so you can believe me when I say we've put it through it's paces as we cook 3 to 4 dishes consecutively in it for lunch and dinner and have yet to have a fried egg or anything else stick to it. We find that the value of this pan far exceeds its list price and that the fit and finish are on par as well. We believe this pan to be an excellent option for those needing a good ,no a great option for an electric range cook surface. *Also be cognizant that if you mar the bottom of the pan to sand it smooth as this pan or any another pan will scratch the surface of your glass top if you don't mind this warning. So far this pan has yet to put one scratch on our glass top.
