We all search for the holy grail of pans that are truly non stick. THIS ISN'T IT!!!. I just returned it along with the food still stuck to it. Trying silicone now.

The pan comes with the handle removed and you attach it with some included nuts and a thin wrench. That was a surprise, but once attached and tightened with the wrench the fit and finish of the handle is every bit as good as any welded on handle.The actual coating of the pan looks and feels nice, easily equal to my hexclad. The pan is lighter then my hexclad though, likely less steel in the construction. Worked well with my induction cooktop.The reason though I am knocking 2 stars off though is because the description is very inaccurate. It lists this as a 12 inch pan. It is in no way a 12 inch pan. This is an 11 inch pan. The useable inside surface of the pan is 11 inches wide at the absolute widest (that's the limit taking into account the inside flange, not the flat bottom which is even smaller). The outside diameter due to the flared lip at its widest is about 11.5 inches. I am still keeping the pan, because other then this, its a fine pan. But the description should be changed to reflect reality.

I can't believe how well this pan lives up to its nonstick claim. I made some hash browns the other day, and they came out of the pan like they were on ice. No scraping, no fuss. It's made cooking so much more enjoyable, and I don't have to worry about ruining my food.
