Love this pan. I use silicone utensils so no scratches. It’s smooth and when heating the pan up on medium I cook eggs with no sticking and no oil. The only thing I don’t like is the handle shape. It sits funny in my cabinet because the handle angles up. Otherwise it’s a great pan. Sturdy. Not too deep and not too shallow. Perfect for things like eggs or sautéed items.

***Edit to my original review - my new pan arrived within a week, and it is truly the best egg pan (well, really anything pan) that I have owned to date. I tested it without adding any fats to the pan and my eggs slid out perfectly. No sticking whatsoever. Everything I have made in this pan has turned out fantastic, no sticking, and clean up is a breeze. I'm happy I didn't just ask for a refund and purchase a different pan, and just asked for a replacement, as this pan is a keeper. I highly recommend it!Original review - Pan came in and it was bent, the lid didn't even fit on it. I am returning it and have asked for a replacement. Once I get the replacement, I will submit another review.

Bought this pan 6 months ago and now I'm going to buy the 12" for everything else. The lid seals great, it never sticks and you can wipe it clean with a paper towel (although you should wash it between uses for sanitary reasons). The only slightly adverse thing it the handle is starting to discolor where it mounts on the pan because I use high heat!

So far, I'm seriously impressed with this pan... Everything wipes out of it no problem, and very little oil is needed. I hate cooking... Mostly because i hate the clean up afterwards... This makes it easy. I've used for a couple weeks now, and no signs of wear or sticking yet. The pan heats up quick and even as well.

I've had various non-stick pans made with various materials over the years, but this is hands down the best I've owned. In fact, this is the only pan I've owned that right from the get-go doesn't actually need any oil or fat to keep things from sticking, and actually cleans with just water alone!That said, you do need to baby it though - meaning no high heat, no hard cooking utensils (rubber/silicon only), and only soft sponges when washing it. I also never put my pans in the dishwasher.For me, this is actually my second 10" frying pan from Carote (2nd pic). With a family of 4 using it, 2 of whom haven't been following the above advice for the past few years, it did eventually wear down (as can be seen in the 1st pic). That said, it still held up for years before it lost it's non-stick ability, so I'd say it's done quite well given the circumstances.Of course nothing lasts forever, but if you follow the manufacturer's advice, it should last you for at least several years.

This has got to be my favorite of any small fry pan I’ve owned! Best of all it can with a lit!! I wanted something small so could make a couple of over easy eggs int morning. Thought the price was good and took a chance because it had a lid. It cleans so easy, WHY would you put it in the dishwasher??? My omelettes come out amazing & I no longer have to do over easy eggs, with the lid on it makes them a perfect sunny side up!!PS…. I ALSO HAVE THE 10 inch(both are used quite frequently!

If you know what you're doing you won't have problems with this pan. I've made a number of dishes with my pan and everything cooked well and evenly. I don't think it gets as hot as my cast iron or stainless steel pan but that's the nature of the material. Regardless, if you just want to make a quick pasta meal or cook some fish, this pan is good, food doesn't stick and the lid is also nice to have. For a non stick pan, this isn't bad. I haven't had problems washing this pan either, it's easy to clean.

Usado con cuidado. Sólo con espátulas de silicona. Después de tres meses de uso, todo empezó a pegarse a la sartén y la capa superior se desgastó por completo. Me parece que todas las buenas opiniones son falsas, porque la calidad de esta sartén es pésima. Lamento mucho el dinero desperdiciado.

I bought just this one to try out and I am finding reasons to use it daily. It cooks beautifully, is easy to clean, and over all just a lovely pan. I will be replacing others in my kitchen with this brand as well.
