I’ve used cast iron pans for years. I wanted one that was smaller than the 12” size I have. This pan was horrible. Bacon stuck to the bottom and eggs practically coated the entire bottom. Sorry I invested in this pan. Only got to use it once. Never again…

Great frying pan. I washed it out after cooking, then put it on stove to dry, so it doesn't rust. Perfect size, am happy with it.

I use this literally every day, often multiple times a day. I was a bit nervous ordering it because I know a lot of the newer ones don’t hold up like the ones made decades ago, but this one has held up nicely. It comes pre-seasoned, but we also season it regularly to make sure it holds up. Im able to cook eggs on mine without issue, the fried eggs come up easily as long as the pan is preheated. It’s very easy to clean, I just use salt and a sponge. It was very inexpensive and should last many years. We’ve had no chipping issues, the pan looks as good as the day we bought it, despite many uses. I have a large cast iron skillet, but now use this one more since I can make smaller portions for my kids and am not dirtying a large pan. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to get into cast iron or need a different size.

The popularity of non-stick is waning as health-conscious consumers are shifting to prioritize non-toxic. Enter cast-iron skillet.I’ll admit: as a recovering non-stick user, cleaning this skillet has been a learning curve. Trading safety for convenience has been a recurring theme in my wellness journey, and the extra time is a sacrifice that is worth the benefit to me.I have used this beauty to make everything from pizza, pasta, and pancakes to skillet brownies and cookies. Needless to say, there’s nothing this skillet can’t do. I can’t believe how sturdy and durable it’s remained through extensive use. The 10” is the perfect size for me—big enough for pancakes and homemade pizzas, yet small enough for easy storage. Its handle does heat quickly, whether the skillet is on low or high. Just be wary of that and use a mitt every time it’s on a burner. Now I’m wondering where cast-iron skillets have been all my life. Sometimes tried-and-true is better than new.

This is a very good frying pan. Everyone should be aware that the pan and handle are one piece, so the handle gets very hot during use. Be careful to avoid burns and always use a heat-resistant cover.

I wish I went back to cast iron years ago, it was all my mom would use. After seasoning it on top of the stove (very smoky, but quick method) I have used this pan pretty much every day. It is virtually non stick now, I never use soap in it, just wipe with paper towel after draining excess fat, rinsing in hot water and make sure there is a layer of oil/lard in it when not in use. The eggs, bacon, and anything else I have cooked in it come out with way more flavour than any other pan. The presentation is a little less appealing, especially on eggs, a little blackening on the edges etc. but they taste soooooo good. I absolutely recommend this or any other cast iron fry pan, not only for health reasons, but a properly seasoned pan provides as much non stick as any teflon or ceramic pan (especially after a year of use) but the biggest reason is the flavour. Get one ASAP! One final note, you use way less heat than any other type of pan, medium will burn things, and medium/low is really good for bacon and eggs, it is still super hot at that setting, so cast iron conducts heat much better than other pans as well.

I read that people have rust when using this pan. Keep in mind it's cast-iron and it will rust if you don't know how to maintain it. Clean and dry it asap. Don't let it sit in water it will rust. Wash then dry with a towel but also be prepared for black on your towel. I use paper towels first then a hand towel to get the paper towel debris that is left behind. It's a very coarse pan.Cook at a lower temperature because this pan holds heat.

Great pan for biscuits or even egg bakes. Heat distribution is good and the cast iron is good quality. Great value for your money. Easy to clean with kosher salt and doesn't stick.
