I misread the listing, and thought these more like a small 'cocktail' knife. I was surprised when they were delivered. I did decide to keep them as I thought we'd use them. AND WE DO! They are great for spreading all kinds of things, and it is nice to have the serrated edge to cut bread or things that don't need a 'heavy duty' knife. It's nice to have 4 of them because we don't have enough dishes to turn on the dishwasher every day .. so we have some ready in the drawer at all times. We use the all.the.time.

cuts through the plastic covering around the roll of sausage. That is very hard to cut smoothly. this product does a great job. feel good about buying. Tough product.

These butter knives work great! The serrated edges are sharp, they cut easily, and they are very comfortable to hold. We've had them for several months now, and they still look brand new. They are durable and have not rusted at all. I wash them by hand, so that might make a big difference on how well they're holding up. Highly recommend!!!

These are outstanding spreaders. Other's I purchased with yellow handles looked great, but had issues with being sticky all the time. There was something always odd about their hand feel no matter how clean they were. I threw them away and bought these. I'm very glad I did. These are the best I've every had, and I've tried many different kinds over the years. These are made to last a lifetime.

Work great. Feels nice to use. Only complaint is that the handles are a bit bulky, which makes it tough to store in a typical silverware drawer organizer.

While this product is described as being 7.5 inches long, it's actually just under 9 inches long. So it takes up some drawer space to be sure. Nevertheless, the product is sturdy and makes applying spreads a quick and easy task. Also, the cutting edge is handy for cutting sandwhiches/toast. The stainless steel is working great and I like that the steel is sealed by the plastic where it exits the plastic handle, so no water gets into the handle. I expect it will last longer than wooden-handled versions for this very reason.

At first I thought the knife was too big for the job, but after considerable use I wouldn't be without it. The handle feels good, the blade spreads easily and the serrated edge is perfect for cutting sandwiches...

This set of FOUR butter spreaders is perfect for so many uses in the kitchen. I am a highly advanced Home and Personal Chef and have the need for these kinds of spreaders on an almost daily basis. Absolutely perfect for spreading softened butter on breads, as well as things like avocado, mayo, and other spreads. Makes the job exceedingly simple and effective. Forget classic butter knives. They just aren't designed for much more than aesthetics!* Width and the flex of these spreaders is about as perfect as you can get* Handle is ergonomically designed and comfortable to use in hand. This is a great design. Spreads super well, and is sturdy. And, I like the length and shape. I hope they hold up well in the dishwasher over the years, cuz they get used all the time! So far so good.

I really like these, if for no other reason than because they are so wide that I only have to put the knife into the jelly jar twice instead of 10 times with a normal knife.They are much bigger than I had expected, but this is a good thing to me. I am a big guy, and I like how heavy the knives are. Each morning, I have a bagel with Jelly, and normal knives just don't cut it (no pun intended). These knives make the process much faster because I can get so much more jelly onto my knife than I was able to before with just a regular knife. For less than $2 a knife, this deal is just great.
