Leider funktionieren sie nur bedingt. Man kann sicherlich von der kalten Butter etwas abschaben. Allerdings bleibt diese kalt und lässt sich dann auf dem Brot, also auf dem weichen Brot schwer verteilen. Gute Idee, die leider nicht ganz funktioniert

Tre funzioni: col burro anche freddo fanno ricciolini, spaghettini e taglio, a seconda del lato del coltello che si usa.Il colore, poi.. è fantastico.

These 'butter' knives look great but are hopeless for spreading butter. The teeth and the holes make it nigh impossible to spread butter smoothly.
