Had this for almost two years, worked perfectly—then one day, boom, just stopped. Had my dryer (primary) and Tesla (secondary) plugged in, and it just died outta nowhere.Honestly, I was worried about support (thought it might be one of those random overseas companies), but nope—they’re actually super responsive. Turns out they design this in Cali, so I guess HQ’s in the U.S. too. Anyway, they walked me through troubleshooting, and when it still didn’t work, they just sent me a new one. No hassle.Turns out, I messed up—I had my EV set to charge at 30-34A when my NEMA plug is 30A, and yeah… apparently, that melts stuff (whoops). Should’ve been 24A max. Didn’t know, but now they make it clearer in their guides.But man, this thing is a lifesaver. Plug in my EV? Starts charging in a few secs. Turn on the dryer? EV stops. No more running to the basement to flip plugs. Works exactly how you’d want it to.Oh, and the app? Ehh, mostly just for software updates. Nothing crazy.And nah, this ain’t sponsored or anything—just genuinely happy with it. Even with the issue (which was 100% my fault), I’d still buy it again.

Specifically purchased to charge 2 EVs from a single NEMA 14-50 outlet. 1 month in, the device works perfectly! I appreciate that this device will safely allow me to charge 2 EVs without fear of overdrawing current through the outlet. If both EVs are plugged in, the Neocharge will by default charge the left (primary) port first until fully charged, then automatically switch to the right (secondary) port - allows you to leave both plugged in for overnight charging. You can also charge both simultaneously, though the max current will be split between the 2 EVs and each will charge more slowly.Given that the alternative would have been a costly upgrade to our electrical panel to allow for 2 separate NEMA 14-50 outlets, Neocharge has been a handy, safe, cost-saving device!There will be gripes about the app - in its basic function (i.e. without inputting any of your EV or utility info) it will allow you to observe current flowing through each port but does not have to functionality to change anything (e.g. allocate current to each port). But I imagine this will come with future app updates.Regardless, this is a super useful device for anyone looking to charge 2 EVs from one outlet.

I bought this to split a dryer outlet with an ev charger and probably saved at least $1000-$2000 to have an electrician to wire a new outlet. While 24 amps certainly isn’t the quickest charging rate, it gets the job done. I drive 100 miles a day maybe 150 on certain days and an overnight charge gets the job done. The splitter is super easy to install. Really the only installation is screwing in the bracket to hold it securely (and when I say screw the bracket and screws go over your existing face plate on the outlet - so you’re not making new holes in the wall). It automatically starts and stops without issue. I like that it is up listed and feels solid. Price was fair- don’t cheap out when you’re playing with electricity. My only complaint is that I’m not a huge fan of the app but perhaps the app will get better with time. Additionally the app apparently doesn’t integrate with ford evs but I think that’s fords fault. I would buy again 100%.

I have sent 3 emails to support over several days for guidance and have not had any response. Crickets. (Email is the only support you get.) The software returns Server Error on the first step of the install. I have repeated this step several times days apart in case their server had an issue. The splitter works but it can’t talk to the software.If I can get the software to connect to the unit I think this device will be amazing. But the sound of crickets is very disheartening.

Splitter stopped working. And they don't want to send me a replacement after all that a had explained to them.Don't buy it.
