It works well so far with either 110Vac or 220Vac input. There is only one mounting point which makes wobble, should have more. It is a reasonable price.

It was a bit difficult to understand the working and change the amp in the beginning but once I figured that out it works great. I charge outside in rain & snow, this charger has been great for the price.

I have only used this at 120v 8A/13A and 240v 16A so far, so maybe it's a bit early for me to be reviewing but I can only go up to 24 amps anyways on my 30A breaker and just don't have the need for it right now so I'm happy with what I see so-far.On the plus side it works well and is easy to use. The screen is small but includes all the pertinent info I like to see. It has very good flexibility in the selections for amperage draw from the wall, which is great. I don't see a menu for bypassing a ground-fault error BUT I also don't have any ground fault in my wiring so maybe that option only presents if you have an actual missing ground that it detects. It comes very well packaged in a nice case. The plug and adapter are nice and fit securely into my outlets/receptacles. It is fairly lightweight. The only downsides are1) There is just one mounting hole on the back and it's not very good. It's not easy to mount this securely. I used three screws (not included), one for it to hang on it its hole and two to "pin" the charger down on that screw so it can't easily come off the wall.2) I thought a 20ft cord would be fine but now I wish I would have went for one with a 25ft cord, would have been just a little bit easier for when I want to park outside the garage as it barely reaches.3) I don't like these cheap capacitive buttons that are showing up on a lot of less-expensive electrical gadgets these days. It works fine for now but I have seen those fail a lot in lesser electronics, like car battery chargers, and they might even be prone to mis-pressing with the right combination of dust and moisture/humidity (just a personal theory). Hard to get away from them, but I still prefer a physical button with a tactile feedback personally. This works great so far on my Honda Prologue. If you don't get the full current you set in the charger's menu check your car settings, my Honda defaults to 8A on level 1 charging unless you go in on the car screen and tell it that it's OK to charge at 12A. I have wondered if others who were not seeing the full charge rate they expected were missing settings like that in their cars.

This charger works great! I appreciate the massive set of configuration options, from current to scheduling to the "groundless charging" option, which allows me to charge it at 240V/24A from my Ecoflow batteries without a neutral to ground bonding adapter. This unit has it all.

What a surprise. Very solid build, even the latch (hook) on the charging connector is made of metal instead of plastic. The charger itself is only 2/3 of the size and weight of the Ford charger, and it comes with the great convenience of adjustable charging current. The Ford charger defaults to only 10A on a 120V outlet, charging only with 1.2kWh.The AWESAFE charger can be adjusted to a maximum current setting, for example 13A, and then it cranks up the current slowly, not exceeding the maximum, but also watches the mains voltage. If the current is too high and the voltage drops to about 117V, the charger stops adding more current. This is an incredible smart solution. In my case at home, charging on a 120V outlet in the driveway, the charger reaches 11.3A at 117V, resulting in 1.32kW per hour charge rate. Under perfect conditions, the charger would be able to add 15A @ 120V = 1.8kW per hour, which is 50% more than the original charger from Ford. Also very cool is that you can set it to 32A if you charge on a 50A outlet (NEMA 14-50, kitchen range), or you can set it to 24A when you charge on a 30A outlet (typical for dryer). An adapter from NEMA 14-50 to 14-30 is available for about 30 CAD.

Edit: Great customer service from the seller. They reached out and sent a replacement a few days later. The new unit seems to work fine. From reading other reviews, it's possible that large swings in temperature might cause it to stop working. If you put the unit inside to dry out overnight, it works again. The new unit has been totally fine.I havent found a way to contact the manufacturer via Amazon. This thing worked fine until the weather got colder and now won't charge. The icons indicate it's disconnected even though the boot up "self test" is fine. My other charger still works perfectly fine with the car.
