The variety of greens is nice and are bigger rolls than most multi-color sets.The set comes with a few needles, but the gauge isn’t noted anywhere, just length on the product listing. The extras like the eyes are nice to have in my kit, and who knows I may need the charm attachments…I really like this set for needle felting as a refill for greens, I wish they had additional color sets other than brown and gray neutrals, because the size of the rolls is much bigger than most sets.

The variety of greens is nice and are bigger rolls than most multi-color sets.The set comes with a few needles, but the gauge isn’t noted anywhere, just length on the product listing. The extras like the eyes are nice to have in my kit, and who knows I may need the charm attachments…I really like this set for needle felting as a refill for greens, I wish they had additional color sets other than brown and gray neutrals, because the size of the rolls is much bigger than most sets.

I like the idea of these color kits instead of pattern kits. WIth these, you can make whatever you think up! It has, as listed, 8 colors of green, 1 white and 1 cream color. Two finger cots, 4 sizes of pushpin style eyes, 2 each of 3 sizes felting needles and keyring makers (headpins + charm clasps).This is great for people who are just starting and want to make something of their own outside of a kit. Please note that needles come with a light coating of oil on them to prevent rust in shipping; wipe them with a tissue before use or it could stain your project. Also, no instructions come with this, so beginner knowledge is a must!The colors are true to the image. The acrylic wool felts nicely, and makes a good topcoat, or felt it tightly to make the core. A great price for a beginner kit where you can make your own things!

There are no instructions whatsoever, either in how to use the included supplies, or for an item or project to make with the supplies, so this kit is more of a "re-supply" kit for someone already into needle felting that already knows how to do it and what they want to make. If you go into it with that premise, it's a good kit for the price. There are 10 smallish bags of roving, half a dozen felting needles that come in a cylindrical storage tube, and an assortment of jewelry fittings and some glass eyes as well as a couple of leather finger protectors. I liked the assortment of greens here; they ranged from neon green to grass green to a couple of forest greens to a sort of teal color, as well as white and beige. When I consider what my expectations were from what I saw on the product page, I'm happy with the colors and the supplies in the kit.

The colors were great! But the wool quality was average. Lots of freebies in the package but I'm sure of what they all are supposed to be used for. Good value for money.
