These were OK, Very generous purpose and the adhesive isn't the best, but they are workable for certain projects.

I've worked with a wide variety of adhesive backed foams and rubbers. The adhesive on this one is pretty good but not great. The rubber hardness feels like about 50 shore A duro, but I didn't run an actual durometer over it to get a real number. I just gave it a thumb nail test. The actual width of the roll I got was 1.98" wide. There is often a bit of variation in the converting process when making these rolls, so your mileage may vary slightly on the roll width. 0.02" narrow, compared to the nominal value, meets QC spec. in most production facilities.

I was looking for strong one sided tape like this. But the sticky side comes off easier than expected, when it is supposed to be the strong part. A lot of it still holds, but not all. That can be a problem if you really need something to hold solidly.

I got this for a lot of different products around the house. I have used it as weather stripping, to attach some flooring in my garage and other things. It's very easy to use and cut to the size needed. Glad to have extra around for many other projects.

My husband wanted something that would protect the back edge of the top of the bumper on his 2021 Honda Pilot. He said this went on smoothly, adhered nicely and perfectly protects the edge from the hatch door as well as when dragging things in and out over it. Doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Though he did say his initial test of applying and removing came cleanly off. He's happy with it, which makes me happy. :)Peace

I ordered this roll of adhesive rubber initially to act as a barrier between the bed and an angled rail on my Kawasaki Mule. I added the rail for additional support of the roof, but I didn't want any metal to metal contact that might damage the paint. This turns out to be exactly what I hoped for. It's thick and wide enough to do the job, yet thin enough that it doesn't alter any of the mounting hole alignments significantly. I can't yet comment to how well the adhesion will last, but it really isn't a concern for me with this project. The rail only comes off rarely, and the rubber strip is otherwise wedged in place as the rail is bolted down.Coincidentally, I've been working on my mom's golf cart, and this adhesive rubber strip also helped with that. I was mounting a new rear view mirror to the roof of the cart, but I didn't want any water leaks. So, I fabricated a stainless steel backer plate for the top of the roof and sandwiched a strip of the rubber between the plate and roof to seal the mount. I also used it between the mount and mirror to compensate for loose screws and to keep the mirror in place.I can't wait to see what I can do next with this great product. I'm also planning to buy more of the various sizes to accommodate my other DIY needs!

I got this 4 inch wide roll of self adhesive neoprene rubber to upgrade and fix things around the house. It’s cool that it’s self adhesive on one side, but that really doesn’t matter since I was planning on using my own glue just to make sure it’s what I want in adhesion. This roll is the size of a roll of toilet paper. I have already used it to repair some rubber boots and used as a protective non slip cushion between my lunch box and a metal surface. This is going to come in handy for a lot of things and look so much better and professional than other options such as duct tape. It’s exactly what I needed as an addition to my repair and fabrication repertoire. Definitely recommend.

This is definitely solid rubber first off, not something else like a foam. I needed this initially for a single purpose. I have industrial metal legs that I attached a wood top to for a large worktable in the basement. The bottom of the metal feet, being metal, slid a bit if weight was thrown against it, even though it was heavy. So I placed these on the bottom of the legs, and no more sliding. Perfect solution. And it has the added bonus of being a moisture barrier to prevent any rusting though I really don't have a damp basement. The adhesive isn't the best, but it's not poor. But with weight on it, you really don't need a lot for this type of thing. I'm very happy with this roll because it worked for exactly what I needed it to do.
