I bought this to make gaskets for my computer liquid cooling system. But I've used it for so many things from gaskets for my motorcycle to (just now) an odd leaking fitting in my home hot water line. It cuts easy with scissors or a razor knife and is very soft and flexible. I'm going to order another sheet just to have it on hand.

I needed to make a gasket for a digital lock used on my side fence gate. The lock was billed as waterproof, but was not.with this sheet, I was able to fashion a gasket to make the lock waterproof.

I've purchased 'silicone' many times, and about half the time it is not real, has an odor and does not have silicone properties. This is the real stuff. I used it to make a makeshift gasket to mount a red-dot optic on my gun, and it works perfectly at high temperatures (the gun gets quite hot). It is thin and easy to cut. My 'black' had a few lighter (sort of white) streaks in it on some parts, but it doesn't matter because it is for a gasket (and 80% of the sheet was all black, so I used the black part, because I know it's black : )

I had to make gaskets for some side marker lights as the factory ones tore and you can’t buy them so this thin rubber did the trick! I will be able to make more as piece is large, cuts with a scissors or a razor blade
