Despite the fact that I have had previous experiences with GPS tracking systems, I was looking for a device that would not only assist me in monitoring the real-time position of each car but would also incorporate diagnostic ports in a smooth manner. The fact that the setup procedure included both 6-pin J1708 ports and 9-pin J1939 connections was a pleasant surprise to me since my fleet consists of older models that have 6-pin J1708 ports and a few newer ones that are equipped with 9-pin J1939 connectors. When it comes to fleet owners that deal with a broad variety of vehicle kinds and manufacture years, I believe that this product's adaptability alone makes it useful. I had no issue determining the orientation of the device or the correct port while I was standing next to the truck's diagnostic interface since the gadget itself is small, durable, and well labeled. In order to be certain that everything was in accordance with the e-logging features that I needed, I made sure to thoroughly go over the handbook as well as the instructions that were supplied. This device was made particularly for the purpose of assisting me in keeping accurate records of hours of service and keeping a lookout for any mechanical difficulties before they became more serious. For the most part, the software that is paired with this tracker is a subscription-based application that provides regular updates and a complete dashboard. This program enables me to monitor the status of each truck, driver records, and real-time position on my desktop computer or mobile device. I was able to verify, with just a few clicks, whether one of the trucks was getting close to its needed break time or whether any diagnostic issue codes were appearing that required rapid attention. I was anticipating that I would be able to display all of this data in one location, which would be a convenient option. On the other hand, I have to say that my attempts to incorporate some of the more complex functions into the dispatch software that I already use have not been very successful. It was necessary for me to travel a few more steps in order to access the more advanced features, such as the generation of customized fuel efficiency reports. The basic tracking and electronic recording functions were perfectly synchronized with the product's own interface. Although it was not difficult, it did take some effort for me to figure out how to integrate the data fields in my third-party dispatch system so that everything would be in the correct order. Over time, I was able to get it to function properly, but I wish there had been more specific guidance for these more complicated integrations. Since I believe that other fleet managers may have requirements that are comparable to this one, it is possible that future software releases may simplify this procedure.

Device started to malfunctioning they kept saying it's the driver not their device, they kept saying the same thing over over again instead of sending replacement device or offering a refund, we plugged a different eld to the truck it was reading and working fine so I know it wasn't us,so I say they have horrible customer service and hostile people, they charged us 300$ subscription fee and not refunding ,I called the credit card service to dispute charges,so it may work for you but if it doesn't,you're not getting no refund,I may consider removing this review if they decide to refund....

This has been one of the best ELD units I have used,Coming from the paper log days, and use of other competitors that were not so easy to use.the customer service and support with My20 By konexial, is awesome, and I highly recommend the company for your ELD needs. The quarterly tracking of fuel for your IFTA filing is top notch, we have never had an issue.Drive wise for the scale houses has been great as well. Cheeper and more accurate then competitor that cost 5 times more in fees.Great job and thank you for the years of valued support.

The seller should be more clearer with the overall cost. At the time of this review, If you buy this device you will spend $129.99 for the device, you still have to spend $300 each year to subscribe to a subscription service to make it work to record duty status. Thats $429.99 in initial cost. Somewhere the seller mention in a different customer review $25 bill annually. Though that marketing strategy maybe ok for some they should not mention a monthly cost if the only option is a yearly or bi yearly bill due before service works.

This device is awesome. After having an awful experience with the EZ-ELD (both customer service and device were a pain), I decided to order this and give it a try. The only thing that came in the box was this ELD and it’s really small, almost unnoticeable in my truck. The app I downloaded is very user-friendly. It has instructions on how to install the device. The customer service was top notch and they easily put my trucking info in to get the device going. They even checked up on me throughout the day to make sure the device wasn’t glitching on me. So far I haven’t had any problems. It logs my hours as it should and I’m easily able to edit and sign them off. If you are looking for an ELD, this is the one. 100% recommend.

I wanna give a special thanks to Tom!! my customer service representative he was on the phone with me for an hour and a half walking me threw everything step by step. He mentioned he had been on the job for not to long and he was doing better than people that work there jobs for years. once again thanks Tom!!!

Just got my device off of amazon and I waited tell the last minute to my detriment, device arrived in one day. I'm giving a 5 star rating because every device I checked out had some commit about customer service. So like said waited tell last minute thinking that this is BS that we even have to do this, but started getting ready for the unknown on the 18th and I had questions about getting hooked up on the app sent an email to Konexial and bam got a response back offering to guide me thru thru process along with username and password. One thing I will say the unit is set up for 9 pin connector and most units are offering to also give the connection for the 6 pin that I have and the other one, those have to be purchased separately and on Amazon's website that could probably be made more clear. Still not hooked up when it is I will update but so far customer service is good, thanks Mark Arnold.
