I brought this product for when my daughter drives and I must say I'm VERY pleased with this product. It provides accurate location information and I don't have to worry about not knowing where my daughter is at anymore! Today I was assisted by Czarmaine who provided excellent customer service and responded quickly. Everyone should have this for themselves or love ones👍🏽

This is a great tracker. Up to date information. Shows history so you can see the route and where the vehicle stopped, how long it was parked. It stays in place. The charge lasts about 8-10 days.

Great service! Got a defective until and they had another one shipped in no time! Watched my trailer go to Arkansas and back magnet is super strong no worries about it falling off. Would buy again! Thanks for helping with the return Belle!

This is the best GPS Tracker that I have purchased. The App is clear and concise, clear description and location. Thanks to Mervin Mabilangan at BrickHouse Security Support, he helped me with deciding on a membership that works for me, and helped me download the App, walked me through explaining the lights indicators on the device. He was patient and very nice to answer all my questions. I would recommend anyone purchasing this as GPS Tracker.

I bought a gps tracking system from Brickhouse. This is the second gps device I have bought. The first was another company which wasn’t reliable. The gps device came off. I called customer service and spoke to Mervin who was great! He ordered another device and had it shipped immediately. Additionally he had the device automatically hooked up to my plan so no hassle with disconnecting one and switching it to the new one. All done within 10 minutes. Great job.

Positionning very accurate, battery life good also, around 2 weeks without recharging and customer service is good, they answer within 1 day
