Despite numerous contacts with customer service in China by email only, we were unable to ever get the GPS device to work. Instructions with device were confusing and incomplete. Also the device holds a charge for less than a day. Returned for a refund.

I just bought this for curiosity and clearly because if it comes usefull I would give it a smart use and so far I tested it and worked great.I was able to find where was my bag as test mode.

I had an issue with who using my vehicle and where she goes that’s why I bought this mini GPS tracker. it’s setting are very easy. Battery life is very good. So far there’s no issue with this GPS tracker. It’s a great product.

Had an online conversation with Lina and her service was better than any other product I have needed. It was great to talk to someone and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All the company's customer service departments need I am also very happy with my purchase and customer service experience ...... Definitely five out of five stars!!!!
