Absolutely horrible. Item didn't work and was damaged. Also you have to download a very suspicious app to use it.

I liked the product at first, and it worked correctly the few first weeks. Although the inscructions were a bit messy. I dont like that you must pay a plan in order to get the audio from the device. Additionally, and the worst problem was that the device was not unlocked/homologated, so when after some weeks the national telcom company in my country (Ecuador) blocked the device so now I cannot use it at all. It is possible to unlock the device free online, but the process is long and you need a lot of documentation. The product was not what I expected.

Complete waste of my time and money no Sim card included. It’s all in Chinese. The directions are impossible to follow. Complete waste of time. They should pay me for what I’ve just gone through with this nonsense.

Perhaps there are more tech savvy people out there, but all the instructions were in a foreign language. I was not able to use this without a monthly subscription either. It was a bit disappointed.

Cheaply made! Comes in a generic box with instructions in Chinese. Absolutely worthless. Do NOT waste your money on this.
