It came full charged and ready to go. They make it super easy. QR code to d/l the app and an additional QR code on the device itself. Took minutes and it was functioning perfectly.The magnets on the device are VERY strong! Im going to put mine against the frame of the car.The design is very tough. Feels like quality and could hammer nails with it.

This gps works great, battery is great too, if you contact help desk in the menu settings they can change the refresh signal to 1 hr too save the battery and it will last 120 days, easily, otherwise default setting is every 5min. I bought 1 more because you can't beat the deal, the quality build is good, waterproof and the magnets are very strong, I went thru a car wash without loosing it. The app gives you alerts and a detection alert if gps has been removed. Customer service has been great helping set up the tracker for usa & Canada, they responded within hours. Highly recommend if you're afraid of having a car stolen, checking on the teens, catching a cheater, whatever just stick it under the car and all set.

This is a great product. It is very accurate. The battery is long lasting. I have not changed it in over three weeks and still have over half battery life left.

This is definitely 💯 not as small as the selling photo makes it out to be it does work just fine and the magnets are very strong definitely strong enough to stick to something even while in the box but the photo portays this next to a cellphone lol it's about a little over half the size of most cellphones and about a inch thick it will do the job but if you need this for any discretional reasons if find something smaller lol other than that it does work as needed and described
