Quality: higher quality than most I've found in person.Look: looks great, low-profile.Fit: it's a little bigger than what I was looking for but that's not an issue, it actually helps.Value for money:I bought mine for $69.99 USD, it's not a terrible price. I'd say it's better than what I've found at an autopart storeRust Resistance: It's painted so I'm hopeful that it won't rust, I assume it's mostly aluminum l so at least most of it won't rust.Functionality: I got this to put a roof rack on my car (duh, lol) and it'll be perfect.Only issue I have with it is the fact that you need 2 people to get this on the car. The directions imply 2 people. I've got all the pieces put together, but it is a must to have 2 people, 2 people is required need to put it on. Also make sure it's center using a tape measure.Edit: (drops to 1 star due to this)There is a huge problem in the design of the things that hook to your car, this one doesn't work right in reality.The instructions really are vague as can be.Makes me wish I built my own.

works great. the ratchet takes some doing. if it slips out, flip the metal piece and it should work.

These were easy to install and add kayak holders to. They stayed tight while in use and hold a lot of weight. The installation instructions are clear but the removing instructions were not as clear. Had to you tube it. Happy with this purchase.

The racks fit my 2011 sonata. I didn’t have the money to spend the Thule Bare roof rack. For the price of these they work wellOnly 1 problem direction video wasn’t very helpful. I googled couple of videos to figure out how to put on

By far, the worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. From the broken English instructions to the poor Chinese quality, this product is only good for smashing against a tree, like I did I felt much better after destroying it and knowing that no one would be able to take it out of my trash can and use it. I'm going to go smash the second one now! I know a hard working Chinese child put this together, but it's not worth the money. DO NOT BUY.

Installed correctly. Could shake the racks and move the car. Installed my bike carrier to the racks and drove with my bike. Went over some train tracks and the right side let go and the rack, carrier and bike let the car. All parts are destroyed. My bike was 1 month old...

Not as bad as other reviews say, the install instructions are okay, although recommended to place flat surface on roof-rack to level and for rail placement. The wind whistle is minimal. For the price, it does the job. Looks good too !

It’s made cheap as hell but it’s a great alternative to a $350+ Set of rails. A little difficult to assemble as the directions seem they’re for a different rail system so you’ll have to look at a tutorial on YouTube but after getting it all figured out it’s a very sturdy system for the price, I was able to stand on my rails like you see in one of the products pictures.

Actually, calling this thing trash is a disservice to genuine trash everywhere. It's much worse than trash, it's a pile of reeking scat.OK, here goes:1. The instructions were vague at best and poorly written (lets just leave that there).2. There was no indication which of the two hook styles to use.3. The "plastic tool" which is needed to tighten the support pads, was plain missing. I had to use other tools which didn't work well and I wasted hours of time.4. The plastic seemed cheap and easily broken (it deformed when tightened).5. The ratchet mechanism was defective. It would "tighten" with the mechanism open, but slip back when closed flush. Basically the metal cogs would just go back and forth when the bar was moved. Ultimately, it would not tighten.6. The reason I use "tighten" in quotation marks was because even when the bar was flush with the rack, the attachment piece would easily come completely off with a little wiggling (like when you might hit a bump in the road).7. In conclusion, this thing can't be trusted to stay on your car unless your car doesn't move. Maybe not then either.8. I wish I could give it negative stars.Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
