The pricing was very good for the OEM crossbars. Installation only requires the tool that is provided with the crossbars. It would have been nice to have instructions included with the crossbars, but you can find installation videos on the internet.

we were going on a road trip and wanted to have a cargo storage for our luggage. This roof rack worked perfectly and was quiet. Easy to install and looks great on my Subaru ascent.

Just like the ones at the dealership. It came with the install tool, but no instructions. There are plenty of YouTube videos to help you though. Very quiet and hardly noticeable! They feel very sturdy.

Instructions were not provided. This is an updated version. The written instructions I found were for the previous model, but close. There are a number of videos available as well. The biggest difference is there was no indication that one bar is for the front or back. There are indicators molded in underneath the bars that it has to be mounted with a specific edge facing the front. Also, the pieces that you remove to put it on then put back to hold it on seem to be specific to one side or the other, though visually I couldn't see any difference. It was an easy install, the tool was provided. Only a total of 4 screws to remove and replace, one on each end of each bar. It fits my 2023 Subaru Ascent perfectly.

No Installation Instructions in the Package, but it comes with just 4 Bolts and a Torque Wrench to tighten them down to 8 Nm. The slightly longer rack goes in the front. And see the arrows for facing them towards the front of the vehicle. It was a nice little torque wrench but it needs the 8 Nm marking on both sides!I marked it myself so I could see when I got to the force mark. If you know what you will be placing on your rack you can set the distance between the bars. I did not, so I just set them about 36" apart.
