How to install this roof cargo box brackets?
- Put the roof box in the center of the roof and open the lid.
- Thread the U shaped hook from bottom to top.
- Put a rubber washers on the hook, and put plastic support boards.
- Tighten the heavy lock nuts on both sides.
- Pass the strap into the gap of the bracket, connect and tighten the strap.

They work but the size advertize is of by a couple millimiters. Had to make new holes to the box for them to fit

Very good quality, it was easy to install my cargo carrier using this. The holes on the cargo carrier and the length of clamps didn’t match but then I made additional holes so it worked just fine.

I bought this set for my Yakima Rocketbox. Now, the span of the brackets WAS SLIGHTLY TOO NARROW to fit my box (which was MY fault), but I was able to straighten/bend the brackets in a vise in order to get them to work.....I just needed another 1/2 inch of span to fit the Yakima box's holes. Very happy with product...but measure those box holes before you order!

This kit worked very well with my old Sears car top carrier. Definitely overloaded the carrier on two trips and the bolts held firm. The bolts are a bit long though, so they push all the way through the knobs when tightened down. This isn't a huge issue, but I can see the bolts tearing certain items in transit. Again, this is only an issue if your rack rails are on the thinner side (my 2012 Toyota Highlander rails are wide and thin)

We have an old clamshell roof top box and this made it so we could attach it to my roof rack. It required some drilling but it still maintained its water resistance. It mad a 1600 mile round trip with no issues. It made the box very secure and sturdy.
