I used this knife to make the initial cuts on Blue catfish and amberjack. These are large fish with tough skins. I had tried other serrated blades for this job and was always disappointed. This knife did the job with ease. I still prefer traditional blades for finer cuts, but this knife does the difficult first cuts to get the process started. Highly recommended. I hope that it lasts.

Great knife but it takes some getting used to. Very sharp and it can easily go right through the back bone. Maybe best for bigger fish. I am impressed with it.

Stiff blade, very sharp. It performed perfect cleaning my sheepheads. Very pleased with this product. I work as a butcher and fish a lot. I recommend this knife paired with a flexible straight blade.

Just back from Outer Banks fishing trip. Knife did as advertised, easily filleted fish and cut though bone on big mullet bait fish.

This is one of my favorite knives. I use it for just about everything. Great on tomatoes and slicing crusty bread. Get one . You will love it. Mundial make great knives. Extreme high quality and made in Brazil.
