Great handle, solid great quality stainless blade that holds a fantastic edge at a great price! Much better the china made junk with fancy packaging. Have been using them for years. You won't be disappointed, check out the mates cleaning fish at your local marina, you'll see.

Really like the knife it is thin and sharp. I like dexsteel it is easy to sharpen and gets really sharp. I liked the sleeve to protect the blade. It has the right amount of flex and works well for what it was made for. I would recommend.

After reading a ton of reviews and trying a number of different knives I decided to try this one. I'm glad I did! It holds an edge better than my previous knives and has just the right amount of flex and length for filleting salmon.

This blade was so sharp. I filleted fish faster than I ever have before . The quality is absolutely amazing. The value for the money is a definite hit! I wouldn't want anything else!

Knife is good! But I did buy it for my dad for Father's Day and they for some reason glue the blade to a paper in the plastic container. The glue is super sticky and doesn't wash off easily. After 15 to 30 minutes in the kitchen I got it looking mostly clean, but it does diminish the gift giving aspect when some one has a task to clean it the minute they receive it as a gift.
