About this item

  • CAULK REMOVAL MADE EASY: Lift Off Caulk Remover uses a patented, water-based formula that is biodegradable to safely remove sealants, expansion foams, silicone caulks, construction adhesives and two-part epoxies.
  • FAST AND SIMPLE TO USE: This caulk remover is fast acting requiring a simple spray, wait, scrape and wipe clean process to remove sealants, foams and more without damaging the surface.
  • WORKS ON MULTIPLE SURFACES: Multi-surface friendly and works safely on porcelain, steel, or cast iron tubs and showers, wood, granite, marble, ceramic, stone, and more. Not recommended on painted surfaces, non-colorfast materials, or fiberglass, acrylic, or plastic/composite tubs and showers.
  • EASY REMOVAL OF CAULK IN PIECES: Rather than dissolving, Lift off works its way between the sealant and surface to break the molecular bond allowing caulk to be removed in pieces.
  • MADE IN THE USA: Not only are Lift Off products made in the USA, they are safer, eco-friendly, and simply work better.

I used all sorts of stuff to get off old stuff including a heat gun. This was the best product but i did have to work at it. I am glad they made this because nothing else worked, old calk was like cement or some kind of rock. Would definitely recommend. I am new at this so i dont have the best job but it looks a lot better and no mold.

This stuff does not work at all. I scraped and rubbed for hours with no results! Save you money and try something else.

Contractors used black caulk around a frameless bathroom window. I tried scraping it off for days then I ordered this. Let us sit for about 15 min and the caulk came out so easily. I still had to take the whole window out myself and use this to get all the small reminding pieces, but it came off really easy.

I applied Motsenbocker Lift Off to some silicone caulk in my shower and waited about 30 minutes and the caulk easily lifted off. Worked better than expected

It removed all the silicone caulk around the tub quite nicely.

This product WORKS! As others have said, it does not dissolve silicon caulk but it DOES break the adhesive bond. I had a particularly challenging situation where a piece of glass was "glued" inside a metal frame with silicon. I used the "stream" setting to run the Lift Off around the edge of the frame. (TIP: I also filled a syringe (mine was for injecting marinades but any syringe would do) so I could get the Lift Off as deep into the very narrow crack as possible.) I think this helped a lot. ANYWAY, I let the Lift Off set for 2 hours and then used 4" tile suction cups to pull at the glass. No go! I decided to give it another shot 24 hours later and the glass began to pull away from the frame. The Lift Off saved me the expense, aggravation and danger of breaking the glass out of the frame--a real lifesaver in many respects! Thank you!
