Current product description states: "With the approximate size of 35x5cm/13.8x2inch, it can fit all standard sized flutes or music recorder instruments"We have a Yamaha YRS-24B recorder - a common type used in elementary schools.The recorder is 13" in length. This would fit if the case was 13.8" as advertised.The actual case is 13" on the outside, LESS THAN 12.5" on the inside. It does NOT fit a 13" recorder.

This case appears certainly built. However, it does not fit a soprano recorder. Therefore it is useless except as a pencil case.
