I ordered a bunch of recorders for a children’s charity and the plastic cases they came in were falling apart. Now I don’t have a sewing machine and the thought of hand stitching 20 bags was not too high on my “want to do” list. On a whim, I searched Amazon for recorder bags and viola! these perfect bags popped up.The bag itself is very well made, the seams are straight, the strings to tighten the bag are sturdy and the velvet is a thick material that probably will help protect the recorder. I say probably because: kids.I’m super pleased these exist, that I don’t have to hand sew a bunch and they ended up being high quality.

I’ve been planning to make wand holder bags for my daughters interactive wands for Universal Studios…then I saw these and thought they would work great! The wands are different lengths so some do fit all the way into the bags while some of the longer wands do stick out a tiny bit. Honestly, I like it sticking out because it’s easier to remove. I just added a metal clip to the draw strings so we can clip them onto our bags or belt loops. The bags are well made and durable so they will hold up well over time.
