Works as intended, I haven't had any issues with it and it's a life saver when I was in college and didn't have easy access to a stove! I moved out of my old place and forgot it and I miss it dearly, might just buy another one.

use it almost everyday to make my meal, with this product my cooking process became way simpler. I do not have to use the stove and wait for the water to boil then put in my pasta. I would say this product shorten my cooking time by half. Highly recommend and I can not live without it.

What's not to love about this simple item? I bought this item a couple of weeks ago and was finally able to make noodles for spaghetti last night in it. I measured out about 4 servings (not using the tool) by eye and filled the container to the 4-serving mark from the tool. The noodle box mentioned 10-11 mins to boil the noodles, so I did the same with microwaving them. Right at 10 mins they were al dente. I didn't cover the container during the heating process. I only used the lid at the end to drain the water out. In the end, the product does what I need it to do.

As someone of an age with all the kitchen gadgets one needs, THIS is a game changer. Measure and pop the long pasta in the tub, mic and drain with the lid, no colander needed, no pot, and it cleans easily. Pasta came out perfectly. My only note would be the little measuring piece could have a better attachment inside the tub, it falls out and can potentially be lost. Still, a great “new” idea that’s actually useful unlike the myriad of things that don’t necessarily well duplicate time tested gadgets/appliances.

It does work, you can cook the pasta in the microwave. The only problem is that I put the measuring tool in the dishwasher. it says that is a dishwasher safe, but the writing on the measuring part got erased.

Who ever thought this would work out? I certainly didn't, so I was so pleasantly surprised at how well it cook the pasta with the time suggested. If people experienced problems, it was more than likely their microwave.I just love it how easily it cleans up and stores.What a great purchase and time saver it is!

You need to break your spaghetti in half.Then pour over boiling water from the kettle.Mix well then into the microwave. You’ll need to stir it halfway again, if you don’t want the strands to stick together.I find this gadget very useful as you don’t need to lug out another pot.It strains well. Holding some of the pasta water back helps to amalgamate your sauces.

I got one for myself and two others for my daughters-in-law . I've used mine repeatedly and love it . I've cooked kale and soba noodles in it . The kale came out great and beautifully green . The noodles came out fine And everything cooks so much faster that way than in a pot of water . Easy to drain, easy to clean, I will be using this for many things And I'm happy with it . Have not heard back yet from the daughters-in-law. Just be careful with taking it out of the microwave , it's a little difficult to get the lid off when it's hot inside And the steam will burn you if you're not careful .
