Overall I like because of how quickly and evenly it heats, how easily it cleans and the 2 handles for easy draining. What was very disappointing was the depth of the pan. I purposely bought for its depth but the 1/2" cutout notch for the wooden spoon rest prevents using a good portion of the depth at the widest part of the pan because the food or liquid will spill out from the notch.I need the full depth of the pan on the ENTIRE circumference depth for a specific dish I prepare. Because of the notch, part of the depth is rendered useless. If the notch was mentioned in the description I missed it and that would be on me, but it does make me wonder why they'd design a pan that loses so much of its usefulness because of a notch for a wooden spoon! This does not fill the bill, so to speak.

I am a huge fan of this all in one pan.I used it once so far and was a dream to cook with. None of the pans I have at home are induction compatible like this one is, so having the metal bottom on my gas stove was a new experience, and I really liked it. The heating was even and the pan was non-stick without any oil.A fun detail I noticed while cooking was that the lid knob didn't get hot. It also has a really cool shape that was solid and comfortable to lift up...just a tiny little detail that delighted me. AND the tool will actually sit further down the handle without falling, so I don't have to put it on my counter. I know it has a 'tool rest', but I thought that was only for having the lid off. This worked with the lid on! I haven't used the steamer basket yet but I really like the color, and it feels sturdy. All in all, this thing is great.

This review is for the GoodCook healthy ceramic all-in-one pan. This is very versatile as it comes with a steamer basket that fits inside the pan, so you can steam vegetables as well as saute meat in the pan if you remove the insert. It also comes with a wood spatula to make sure you don’t scratch the surface as you cook. The care instructions that come with the pan are careful to state that you can’t use this in the oven. The bright blue color of the pan is charming although it doesn’t match anything else in my kitchen, which bothers me. What bothers me more is the gray and white speckle design in the inside and along the edges of the pan. Unfortunately, it makes it look like the pan’s enamel has chipped, even where it has not. You can see in my photos there’s a spot where there is a large silver speckle on the edge. It very much looks like a spot where the white enamel has chipped off, leaving the core of the pan behind; it’s not, but it looks like it, and it's going to make it difficult if and when the pan really does have chipped enamel to tell what’s chipped and what’s just speckle design. Also, the place where the handle meets the pan is pretty wiggly and I hope that it will be secure long-term and won’t chip or break. This worked nicely for sautéing chicken, cooking eggs, cooking bacon, and steaming broccoli. I’m pleased with it overall but wish the coloring was different and that the handle was more secure.

It is a nice sized pan with good depth, non-stick and light weight given its size. I love that I can cook whatever I want in it and the clear lid makes it easy to keep an eye on the food. The “wooden” look of the handles is a bit misleading because it is not wood. I appreciate that there’s a small handle on the opposite side of the long handle that helps me pick up the pan if it has more food and gets heavy, since it can hold a good amount of food in it. It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. I used it to make breakfast eggs, pancakes and bacon and it all turned out perfect. Cleaning it was a breeze even after the bacon. I also made cod, where I had to sauté and sear, and this pan performed like a champ. I did notice that oil, alone in the pan, tended to go to the outer edges and not stay spread throughout the pan. It's versatile enough that I was able to cook breakfast for two and dinner for five. The steamer basket is a great accessory and I used it to steam dumplings with ease. I did not see anywhere on the box or manual where it stated that it was oven safe, so I did not test my luck and experiment. It is dishwasher safe, however, the company recommends that for best results, it should be hand-washed. If hand washing, I would recommend using a soft sponge as the inner ceramic coating is prone to scratches. I inadvertently used a metal spoon to quickly spread some of the melted butter over the cod and the inner coating easily got scratched. If you are diligent in using wooden and silicon cooking utensils, you should be able to get longer use out of this pan.

I really like this pan for it's size, although I do wish there wasn't a little 'gap' right by the handle. I'm not quite sure what the purpose of that is and I tend to get a little over ambitious with my stirring sometimes, so veggies like to escape through that little gap.
