Absolutely love this mixing palatte. It's the perfect size, not too large and not too small. I personally don't like mixing inside my paint welled paint palattes. I like the freedom of the unsegregated plate and the slight rim. I tend to pick up a lot of color and mix big portions so having the rim doubles as something I can run my brush against to squeeze paint off my brush and into my color blotch...so, minimal waste. There is no beading up of color since it is ceramic. It is easy to clean and doesn't stain. Very happy with this purchase.

This is a large ceramic palette which is perfect for mixing puddles of watercolour paint. The design means it is so easy to mix the colours with each other across the palette. It is quite heavy so, I would suggest it’s best kept for home use but, it’s a lovely quality and easy to clean and has quickly become my favourite palette to use. Love it!

I love this palette. I was looking for something larger than what I had been using and this one is perfect. It is 10 x6.3 inches, easy to clean, and eco-friendly. If you are graduating from plastic, this is it.

I love this ceramic paint tray.I like the openness of the tray to mix different colors and have enough room to mix them. Cleans-up easily.😃 Then you can use for Sushi😂. Good functionalityIt's easy to store. I found the weight to be perfect. Made well. This was well worth my money.Thank you

So many options to choose from... I was *this* close to just purchasing one of those big white-enameled butcher's trays (and I still may at some point,) but I do have kind of limited room to fit stuff on my painting table (which is another name for "dining room table"). I ordered this tray palette instead, and from the moment I opened it, I knew it was perfect for me.It is Goldilocks in so many ways: not too small, not too large; not too heavy, not too light; small enough for travel, heavy enough to sit solidly on my table; very white and mixes colors well, yet very easy to clean.It came in pristine condition, packaged well, quick delivery, and very ecomonically priced.Everything about this tray palette is fantastic in my opinion, and I HIGHLY recommend it.

Huge fan of these palettes by Meeden. Easy to clean, quite large for mixing, and your mixtures are clear and concise. Plastic and metal palettes make understanding the colour you just mixed somewhat difficult to discern. If you want this for travel, that can be done, but I do think this is a bit too large for that.

I love that it is a solid, undivided pallet, which allows me to easily mix my watercolors. I recommend this to watercolor painters.

I had been wanting to purchase a large porcelain palette for a while. I have two of the flower type palettes that I purchased from another company but I really needed one with a large mixing area that wasn’t too pricey. This palette is perfect! It’s pretty big, and there is lots of room for mixing colors. Not to mention the packaging that it comes in is very nice. It came to me in a mailer, not a box but the product itself came in a box with padding so it didn't break in transit. Hopefully I’ll buy some other meeden products in the future as there are many more on my wish list.

I’ve been using the Meeden metal pallette to store and organize my half pans but did not find it had enough space for mixing. This is the perfect size, and the ceramic surface is way better than plastic or metal. The colors blend better and don’t bead up so you can really see what you’re blending. Great value!

I use this almost everyday with my Jones large plastic palette. It fits nicely in the main mixing area. It never stains and easily cleans up. It mixes watercolor pigment and water to give me the right pigment to water ratio. I take it with me when I teach watercolor so it is portable but I would not recommend taking it "en plein air" painting. It is strictly a studio palette. I marked it down one star because it is not a bright white.
