Exactly like what I expected and works great. Perfect for a beginner although I quickly wanted more attachments and it would be nice if it had wheels. Overall a great buy for the price. Would recommend.

This thing was well over $100 bucks and came with a broken stand which infigured I could deal with, well after it ceased to work 2nd use I had to ask myself why i attempted to buy a better more expensupive brand so this didn’t happen but yet I got taken again. Still t have not heard anything from them as I spoke with Amazon and they were contacting company,…,now months later I’m out $100 plus and it sits in a box . I even figured maybe it was a fluke and attempted to use again, nope dead nothing. If you’re looking for reliability and customer service with the thought they’d back it and you soend a few more bucks for a good brand - keep looking . Geuss once again I took another one for the team, shame on you Mcollouch

Ease of use. Comes with all attachments needed. 16oz of distilled water will steam continuously for 30 minutes. Lots of steam and pressure.

I upgraded from the smaller version. This one holds 4x the water and lasts much longer between refills. The mop attachment makes my tile floors super duper clean. Works on grout, the oven splatters inside the door, and those areas around baseboards, window frames, and the toilet base that are so hard to get clean. Portable and strong! LOVE LOVE LOVE :)

Hey!,If you are really looking to detail your car and really make that Original Equipment manufactures look (OEM), this machine is absolutely perfect for your everyday needs including around the house, likewise! Not only did I purchase this for cleaning and detailing my vehicle. Reading the manufactures warranty and manual was straightforward as it was a simple eighteen page booklet. Not only was it easy to use (booklet, warranty, and machine); but, the overall look of how my car looked before and after using the machine definitely proves that this machine is pretty much a golden investment for those looking to get into the business, or just want their car to look amazing from the showroom floor look. Definitely worth every penny!!!

Well, I started with a $35 handheld that got nowhere near hot enough to disinfect. So I returned it and got this.Pros:- not too big- gets hot enough to sanitize- easy to fill and use- great mop to do large surfaces- good handheld wire scrub to clean tough placesCons- dangerous: attachments come undone while using. They snap into place with difficulty , and then snap out of place as you are using them (which makes no sense). Result is steam burn (see hand photo)- lock comes undone almost too easily.- poorly made. Mop attachment handle broke on only third use (see attachment)- poor design. You can loop the cord around the base but it’s super inconvenient. Also no place to hook the flexible tube. I suggest they look at how bissel designed their similarly sized pet cleaner for ideas.- size related- you only get a few seconds of « blue » light at a time. It has to build the pressure back up in between. I wish there were a beep so you’d know when to stop if your purpose is to sanitize.- I wish the holder was more than a canvas bag. It’s very messy to put away.- attachments get used fast and I wish manual was clearer on which to use for what. I ruined one of the brushed within seconds of use because it was too soft for grout.- I wish there was an attachment between mop size (large surface) and largest brush (med/small).- you still have to scrub quite a bit, and it takes a number of « fills » to deep clean a medium sized grimy area like a kitchen floor. But it does work.

I have hardwood floors and tiles throughout my home and was looking to replace an upright steamer mop that finally broke. What I liked about this machine are the different attachments for other uses instead of just a mop. I also liked the hand bag to store all the accessories. It worked great cleaning the entire BBQ grill. I did use it to clean grout however I recently cleaned my kitchen grout prior to this purchase so there wasn’t a significant difference like some of the other reviews. The one thing I wish this machine had is a longer cord, 15ft is very short in comparison to my vacuum that has a 35ft cord which makes easier to clean without having to unplug and replug. Such a small inconvenience so I’m purchasing an extension cord to fix the issue. All in all I am happy with my purchase.
