Hi....just want to report that i ordered 2 stands and only one of them is working. I am rather disappointed because it was a gift and the person could not use it.how do i get another stand??????

To be fair, you don't need a major pull on your system trying to cool it down. But this is less powerful than the small fans you wear on your neck in summer. I'd recommend something else or pairing it with another fan. Or just set the Xbox in the middle of the floor in an empty room with the AC at 68⁰ and pray to any deity of your choice that it doesn't overheat during your 12 hour boys night
