It works and it is similar to the stock fan that comes inside a Xbox series s but you have to do a bit of plastic removal because it does not match up exactly like the stock there is a small cube size plastic piece in the wrong spot that has to be removed before properly seating the fan and replacing the top shroud.

Ya lo coloque pero hay un pedazo de plástico cuadrado en el soporte de un lado que no debería tenerlo en esa posición no se si talvez sea para un modelo mas viejo o nuevo del Series S(Tengo un modelo 2022) pero comparando lo con el original te puedes dar cuenta, por lo que tuve que cortar dicho plástico con una segueta justo al ras del soporte para que no estorbara con el disipador de la consola y así poder instalarlo en la consola.

Came in packaging that looked like it had been opened, taped shut and re-packaged. Item looked like it had been used! Not impressed!
